"This hotel is in a wonderful location and is filled with beautiful textiles. Everyone we encountered here was wonderful and so nice and helpful and in particular, Angel, was indispensable. The rooms were spacious and this is one of the few places in San Cris that also had a heater for the room. Additionally, there are two outdoor courtyard spaces that were wonderful. We were traveling with our two small dogs and it was so nice to have a safe space for them to explore a little. It’s an easy walk to Guadalupe Street and the markets and there are plenty of little shops to buy water and fruit and snacks, laundry services, etc. It was also easy to get a taxi here and I don’t think we spent more than four or five dollars to take a taxi anywhere in the area. "

"Our stay at Hotel Bo was incredible from start to finish. The level of service here was a breath of fresh air. Every single staff member we encountered, from the welcoming greeting at the door to the efficient check-in and the attentive cleaning staff was amazing. ​The hotel itself is a sanctuary. It is exceptionally calm, with beautiful gardens and a very pleasant, curated atmosphere (even the background music and soundscapes were perfect). Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. ​A few highlights: ​The Food & Drinks: The restaurant is top-tier; every meal and cocktail was excellent. ​The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless. ​The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest. ​If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!"
