"The staff was very helpful, we needed some ibuprofen, and the front desk representative, ordered it on his phone, and brought it to us. The bed is super comfortable, we loved the pillows and the sheets so much, that we took pictures of the labels. LOL. Brakfast included is njce, fresh fruit is good, coffee too. The only thing we wish was better, is the bathroom. My husband is 6 foot 2. He had a very tough time in the smallest bathroom we have ever seen. Without a single window, it becomes a sauna after a shower, which creates mold. Theres a really big concrete closet across the room, turn it into a nice bathroom! We loved everything else about this hotel. We will be back, the energy is beautiful. "

"The hotel was excellent – just a short walk from San Cristóbal’s central park in a safe area. The facilities have lovely colonial touches that give it real character. Comfortable, well located, and great value for money. I’d happily return."

"Be aware that this is a museum that has rooms to rent, not a luxury hotel. That said, if you’re looking for a contemplative stay in a beautiful room surrounded by artifacts, this is your hotel. Wonderful staff, good restaurant, coffee house in a garden across the street. Did I mention the incredibly helpful staff? A nice walk 30 minutes to the town center. Can’t wait to return. "

"The hotel, was very spanish . very family Orientated, Beautiful Gardens, I would recommend trip to Canon del sumidero Chiapas . Beautiful views , Boat ride was a 2 hour trip, well worth the money. "
