Even by Paris standards this hotel was terrible. I paid for five nights in advance online. When I arrived I was told that I hadn't paid and I had to pay again. When I queried this I was told by the guy on reception "I know how to do my job" It was late so I paid another nearly €1,000. Later after I had discussed with Expedia I was told that I had in fact paid online. Even though they were very apologetic it took 3 days to refund me my money. The room was tiny and did not have a proper bed only a sofa bed which was hard and uncomfortable. It was hot and stuffy as. although the room had aircon they had disabled it. Finally the room had either an infestation of fleas or bed bugs and I checked out after 5 night covered in insect bites. Without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I won't be back and you shouldn't make the mistake of booking..

Very convenient for La Defense (10mins walk) Good gym - though some equipment could do with a service. Local supermarkets very close for getting essentials. Came equipped with Nespresso coffee machine - which was a welcome bonus.

The property is perfect with everything and the warmth of the place is lovely only they need to develop the mode of payment of the washing machine and dryer to be able to pay by contactless or even cash notes and get change

Excellent location. Very easy to move to Paris by Metro. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close from this property. Beautiful room, quiet and cleaned.

It's one of the best hotel I've stayed. The staff was very helpful when the AC broke down, they changed us to another room at no extra cost. The supermarket is right next to the hotel and the rooms are very clean and new. Is very close to the Metro and The Arc of La Defense. Very nice neighborhood.

The room was clean and the space sufficient for our needs. The bathroom though was so strange - the shower was placed in the flat bathroom floor (no raised edges or barrier to contain the water) - perhaps this is a traditional design but not practical in modern times. Every shower ended with a mopping session to get rid of the sea of water from the bathroom floor. And no matter how hard you work, you want have a dry floor to walk on until at least a day later.

The close proximity to La Defense as well as to a small town and to Paris more generally (just across the river; including a large nearby park) make this a good choice, especially for business travelers to La Defense. The Espanade of La Defense is a 15 minute pleasant walk from the hotel.

The venue is great despite a few days without warm water due to a technical issue. Despite being under the Accor group, the hotel was struggling to offer appropriate alternatives to the guests.

Decent and clean hotel! We were able to check in earlier than what we had. Walking distance to Westport mall and restaurants. Breakfast has limited options. Wifi works good. If you are coming from out of state don’t expect them to clean the room they clean when you check out!

Great place to stay
Excellent place to stay. Close walking distance to metro 1. Staff helpful. Simple cooking facilities but ample for preparing a basic meal. Supermarket next door. Safe location. Comfortable bed and very clean. You can leave your luggage if room not ready. So pleased we chose it. Would highly recommend this aparthotel.

Good accommodation in a pleasant area
Good location for the La Defense area. Large room with plenty of space. Kitchenette had a microwave, hotplates and a dishwasher but no conventional oven. Very clean room with large wall mounted TV. Only problem we had was that we booked a twin room suite but we were given a double room when we arrived; we then had to wait for a suite to become available. Reasonable price for Paris but a little out of the way for the main attractions; Grande Arch was a 10 minute walk.

Poor value, dirty.
The room is very small, the bed folds down from the wall. There is barely any space to walk around the bed. There are only a single bath and hand towel and the were not changed in my 8 day stay. They charge extra to get clean ones. There are no blankets or or even a top sheet. Only a duvet and it was way too hot to have it on. Air does not work.My room was never cleaned in 8 days! The breakfast is also an rxtra charge and definitely not worth it. There only offered coffee, juice, cereal, toast and croissants. No hot foods at all. It is also more than a mile walk to the closest metro and you are a long way out from the tourist sites in Paris.

3 adults and one baby is too much for the apartments. It becomes crouded. They switched off the AC aparently on the entire hotel although the place is sold with AC in rooms. After complaining and having Hotels.com service call them they turned on the “AC” but you could not set the temperature in the rolm lower than 19 degrees. Weird. Dont open windows or you will die of mosquito bites. Also i reserved a queen bed room and i got 2 single beds united. Nearly fell in between. Then i asked to change the room to one that i actually bought and got charged 23 € cleaning fee. Btw cleaning was done once a week. I am sure there are other options if you go on a business trip in the area.

nice but basic apartment hotel. it was good to have the extra space and kitchen as most Paris hotel offer very small rooms. the area is not great, i stayed there since it was close to the company office. one strange thing was an emergency light in the middle of the room that you cannot turn off. i had to tape papers on it just so i can sleep...

Beautiful Stay in nice area
Excellent location quite off busy road and close to metro which can link you to various locations at a cost of 1.90 euro per single. we could see Eilfel tower from road. Staff helpful and polite

Modern and Clean Hotel
This was my first visit to Paris and my first time in an Adagio hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Paris is an expensive city, so I appreciated the kitchenette which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is right outside of Paris, but a short walk to the train station and you're in the mist of Paris is no time.

The hotel was really in the middle of Courbevoie, a Walking of everything, restaurants, trains, shopping centers..... the hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful as well!! I will definitely go back or refer a friend.

Very clean hotel close to all amenities.
Arrived at 11 am after and found my room ready even if the check in was at 3pm. Nice and cozy functional room with everything you need for a short/long stay. Looks like all the furnitures are new, it smells good from the entrance to the room including the elevators and the common areas. Located 15mn walking from La Defense and next to a police station, there is a mall literally downstairs with everything required to make the room feel like home. Friendly staff as well which is not so common. I will definitely go back there when I return to Paris.
