Hot water issue both nights

We had a 2 night stay. The location is excellent, if a little noisy (though it is in a very busy area). The flat is a good size, with a good sized bed in the bedroom. If it wasn't for these points it would have been 0 or 1 star. We had no hot water when we arrived late afternoon. We waited an hour or so, still none. At 6.30pm we contacted the host, who said he would look into it. We had an appointment and had to go out. On return at 11pm - still no hot water. We started to look for alternative accomodation then at midnight we checked once more and there was hot water, very briefly. Then it seemed to run out. The following morning and evening there was no hot water. The host did not respond to any of our messages after the first report of no hot water. We had lukewarm water on the morning of checking out. If the host disputes this, I have screenshots of my attempts to get the problem resolved, via VRBO app. My wife's WhatsApp message to him was also ignored.

Esta bien ubicado y cumple con lo basico

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, lo cual es su mayor ventaja. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos, el baño está bien y la ducha tiene muy buena presión. El ruido ya está advertido en la publicación, y la verdad es que al llegar tan cansados no nos afectó demasiado.El acceso al departamento es bastante extraño, se comparte con una especie de consultorio y por las noches había siempre muchas bolsas y papeles en el ingreso, lo que daba una mala impresión al llegar. La primera sensación fue que nos habíamos equivocado de lugar.La cama del dormitorio es cómoda, pero entra tan justa en el espacio que terminás golpeándote con frecuencia con el marco de madera. Los sillones cama son MUY INCOMODOS y necesitan un recambio urgente. Tienen tablas rotas y nos levantábamos con dolor de espalda.El microondas no funcionaba, y en general usamos lo básico porque era lo único disponible. Sería recomendable que, si se ofrece para grupos de mas de 4 personas, se incluya al menos un juego extra de llaves.La limpieza estaba bien, pero el ambiente tenía un olor bastante fuerte a cigarrillo.

Gutes Apartment in super Lage

Die Informationen zum Check-in waren genau und ausreichend. Wir haben ziemlich schnell die Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen bekommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Apartment bietet alles, und genug Platz um mit einer 4-Köpfigen Familie eine schöne Zeit in Paris zu verbringen.
