Location was quite a long walk from the nearest Metro station and may not appear on a standard Paris map but clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and great views of Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

The staff was very friendly and helped us caught the right buses they also ordered our Uber for early pick up. It was very quit, clean and within a 1/4 of a block to bus stop and to grocery store. Very nice stay

Good
It’s a nice hotel and I had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a nice surprise. However, the walls are quite thin and I could hear very loudly every footstep the person above took. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

In the middle of a heat wave they didn't turn on the aircon. The rooms were hot and stuffy. Friendly staff and well located hotel

The property is a great value for Paris. Walleed and Igor were great front desk attendants, a great help on many issues. The good: Clean and pleasant. It is a typical room for economy travel in Paris. Breakfast is good but slightly more than we cared to pay. The negative: It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. There is a bus stop not far away but we chose to walk. I'd happily stay there again.

Great experience
It was a great experience. We stayed 4 nights and we don’t regret the choice we made. The room was big enough compared to other places in Paris. We had a room with view of the Eiffel Tour without paying extra. We arrived at 11,left the luggage there(the check in was available after 14:00) and returned at midnight to take our room. The staff was very kind, they speak french, english and maybe other languages too and the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. The wifi in room worked properly. The room:daily housekeeping, is clean, modern,looks like in the pictures.We used the radiator without problems, had hot water even late in the night. The only negative aspect is the distance to subway(20-25 min walk), but is a pleasant walk. The area is quiet and safe( unlike other neighborhoods more animated in which we dind’t feel too comfortable in the evening/night). I recommend La defense metro station, the way to the hotel is better and you can admire the skyscrapers and Grande Arche. I would choose this hotel again.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. They don't speak English well, outside a few staff, though the site says so. We were not able to communicate a potentially serious domestic issue in a room near ours, luckily we saw the wife and kids coming down to the lobby and get into a cab before we left the building for awhile to make sure things calmed down. Area was nice, quiet. From our room we watched the tower light up at night. Bus runs down the road and drops you near the M 1 into all the attractions, last run is shortly after 9pm I recall. The walk is only a mile if you prefer(of note your Metro ticket does not work as transfer between bus and subway). Hotel has a nice patio area outside and there is a great little sandwich/pizza joint down on the road below within 2 blocks.

This hotel left a lot to be desired. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Two people were booked for the room and bathroom hand towels were for one person. Breakfast is 12€, a day but there was not much that I could eat. It would be better to go to the local bakery for breakfast. The staff was just okay. The morning front desk person was the best. The evening person seemed busy in the back room. Overall I would recommend a hotel closer to Paris or a larger hotel may give better services.

Room was fine, however, the gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. He was very arrogant, and did not explain things clearly. When we checked in he said there was a “buffet” breakfast from 7AM to 10 AM. He acted as if the breakfast was included. He said not to come down at 9:59 AM expecting to have breakfast. We ate the breakfast for the 2days we were there. It was more like a continental breakfast by far than a “buffet.” When I went to check out, the man at the front desk said I owed him 48 euros for the cold breakfast we had (12 euros per person per day). I told him that I thought it was included and that he never said it wasn’t like most hotels. He simply said it was my responsibility to know. What a scam and a rip off. 12 euros for a cold, Continental breakfast! Never again!

Unprofessional staff with cramped rooms
It was a forgettable experience to stay in this hotel. The electronic keys were not working from Day 1. Couldn't go out and back in the room without calling staff. Then the staff key also didn't work one night, and the staff said it's not their problem! Really? I have paid and I can't sleep in my room, where am I supposed to sleep? It was thoroughly unprofessional, and the staff didn't care at all.

Rude staff and inconvenient stay
When I checked in, the access key wasn't working. The manager had to let me in every time i wanted go inside my room. Later when i returned from sightseeing(11.30 pm) none of the keys worked. I was in the lobby fr two hours as the night manager couldn't open my room and his response was "Not my problem". I had to argue and explain that I paid for the stay and where should I go at 1 am in night? He was unwilling to call his manager which he eventually did to find there is a manual key for the room. I entered my room around 2 am. Room was not cleaned for two days

There were issues regarding room cleaning and replenishing towels, tea/coffee and tissues on both days. Disappointing because I was visiting family and the hotel is conveniently situated - unlike to return. I am most grateful to hotels.com for following up on this matter.

Disappointing
Bad Dirty curtains, broken toilet seat and grubby skirting in the bathroom. No mattress protector on bed Only 1 English Channel on tv (and that was CNN, so only news of hurricane) Lack of decent tea and coffee facilities, we had to ask for cups and keep asking for milk etc. Staff sent us in wrong direction for the Metro. Good Air con in room, location in a nice area and not too far from a supermarket. Staff were polite and friendly.

If you are on a budget it is a fine hotel
No squibbles really. The man at the reception and other staff were very friendly. My dissatisfaction is about the size of the room. It was cramped with little room to move. Other than that it was ok.

Nothing but a view
I am really disappointed in this hotel. I had to stay here as I met some colleagues nearby. What a mistake. Reaching the hotel by public transport takes more than two hours from CDG. When I eventually arrived I checked in, it was OK and went to my room. I have to say the view was quite something. Straight on to the Eiffel Tower in the distance and a nice little garden just outside the hotel (probably it belongs to the apartment house next to it. I guess that view doesn't come with all rooms, you have to book the more expensive ones. And that was it all about. I was give a wifi code at the reception but I couldn't connect. I phoned up the reception and was told the router has broken and they can't fix it that day. The room itself was so tiny you almost had to jump over the bed to get to the window. So tiny there wasn't even a wardrobe! I was looking for it for a while when I saw it was put in the bathroom! That was new to me. It was just a rail with some hangers, enough for two nights the most. On your own. When I tried to sleep I woke up to every noise in the hotel. If someone sneezed or coughed or moved some furniture I heard it. And it's not my hearing, it's the walls probably made of paper. Breakfast was my second to last disappointment in this hotel, I can only describe it as poor. No, poorer. My last disappointment was at the check out, how the receptionist manage to handle the process without the tiniest sign of a smile. Just one little smile, is that much to ask for?

Comfy Courbevoie!
This staff was amazing. Very helpful group of people. Leopold was amazing and helpful with translating as well as I spoke no French whatsoever. I would stay here again it is about 15 minutes away from Paris which is good just in case there is any issues in the city. Very quaint neighborhood.

Good three star hotel
Expedia's website and their own website said they had room service and laundry--both of these were not really true. There were no laundry services for hotel guests, and the room service was really confined to their breakfast service (which was really expensive, especially since there are two patisserie's nearby.) Their staff were very friendly and professional, and I really appreciated that. The room was small but adequate, and always clean. Although not centrally located (it's in Coubervoire, a suburb) it's an 8 minute bus ride (163/164) to the Port de Champerette metro stop (line 3), so that was nice.
