Indivisible from the famous district of the Marais which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and which constitutes the quieter part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the places of Paris the most pleasant to live, as long as you like calm. "Sophisticated village", the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market and numerous specialized food shops, notably along Rue de Bretagne.

The apartment was a great fit for us (three adults) and the description of it was very accurate. The only thing I didn't realize was it was on the 3rd floor (4th floor for US folks), so there were a lot of steps. Besides how clean and nice the apartment is, easily the best part was the location. We had not stayed in the Marias neighborhood before and found it incredible! Great food options and so many shops. And walking to attractions like Notre Dame were more than doable. So, if you're looking for a nice apartment in a wonderful spot than this is a good option.

Great location in the heart of Le Marais. The apartment was good but very hot and quite difficult to ventilate. Check in was not very organised- we received the codes very late (when already on site) and initially for the wrong apartment (which was already occupied). This was remedied quickly, but made a somewhat stressful start to the visit.
