My sister and I were going to both London and Paris. I was looking for a hotel with a kitchenette. I found the Citadines in Trafalger Square and looked for same company in Paris. Unfortunately, when I looked, all the locations did not come up, or I would not have chosen the Citadines Oprea House. I would have chosen one more centrally located. Having said that, the staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was big enough and had the conveniences we were looking for. At first glance the room looked clean enough, but when I knocked a glass of water off the nightstand and swiped it up, the floor under the bed was dirty. Overall our stay was fine.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to most part of the tourist spots. Room was not completely equipped before my late checkin though: no tissue box, no body shower gel, no dish detergent, and dishwasher front panel was missing. I had to go down to front desk several times to collect most items. Continental breakfast is fine but pricey though. Besides the hiccups on the first two nights, our stay was pleasant because of its location and their nice staffs. I’ll certainly recommend to visitors who are handy.

It's an apartment hotel. Do not expect a proper hotel room The unit was claustrophobic (1 bedroom apartment). could have stayed in Le clef tour de Eiffel with the Same amount of money.( Way much better) Free coffee in the lobby was a plus Location is good (10-20minutes walk to good places)

No air conditioning even tho the website says they do. They said there is no air conditioning during cold season in Europe so I wish this was transparent at the website. Be careful trying to work the thermostat as we accidentally turned on the heater for both nights. Overall, perfect location so close to the shopping areas and food, many bars closeby. Very attentive staff and able to communicate well. No supermarkets close by.

Hello, Some hotel do not haver AC at all. We have the change to offer AC to our guests, that is the reason it is mentionned on our website. When temperatures fall under 20 degres our customers ask us to put on the heating. Our system does not provide AC and heating on the same time. Unfornutately we did not mention on our website that we do have heating because it seems obvious. Regards

The hotel’s location is superb … the room is small but adequate … but check in process is fast .. the hotel provides laundry and very comfortable stay in the middle of anywhere… so many cafe n rest close by .. everything within walk in distance

Really great stay for family of 4
Really good option for families. Kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, and a fabulous bakery just next door for breakfast. Very good location - close to Opera, Galeries Lafayette etc, a nice walk to Montmartre - and near to metro stations. V friendly staff. Would stay again

It’s OK.
The property is a solid OK, nothing special but very comfortable. The room was pretty large by Paris standards but everything was just a little off and rundown looking. Great location and super easy to get around with the metro stops.

Good location, horrible rooms
Very disappointing. I had to change rooms twice. The first was claustrophobically small & not the double studio I booked & had a loud buzzing sound. The second one had cigarette smoke fumes in the separate tiny toilet & it got worse overnight. I have asthma & I was coughing when I went into the room. You need to accept cigarette smoke in Paris but not in a smoke free hotel. The 3rd room was better but didn’t get cleaned when requested after nearly a week. I had to go to reception to get clean towels. Overall an unpleasant stay. Such a shame it cost so much yet delivered so little. The 4 star rating isn’t warranted & I was very happy to leave in the end. Not a relaxing stay. The location is terrific & Paris is very walkable. You can get to all the sights very easily. That’s the only positive of this property.

Fantastic home away from home!
This is an amazing apart/hotel! Comfortable. Steps away from a metro. Steps away from some fantastic restaurants. Fantastic bed. Great to have a frig and stove so we could eat 2 meals a day in. Lovely and helpful people at the front desk 24/7. We were in Paris for two weeks and this was the perfect place to settle in and come home to every night. They also have some tours you can take ( which we didn’t use because we had come with our own agenda) and a reasonable van from the airport and back. Really comfortable, well staffed place. And the coffee in the lobby—divine!

The studio was more spacious than we expected. It was nice to have a small kitchenette to store our leftovers from the day. We especially enjoyed the coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machine that we used every evening after a long day of being out and about in Paris. Housekeeping only came once that week. We had to bring our dirty towels downstairs to get new ones because there's no on site house keeping. Because of this, the small garbage cans in the bathroom filled up very quickly. Otherwise, our room was very clean and the use of space was very efficient. It was quiet, and beds were comfortable. On our first day out, we asked the concierge about the use of the subway. He was not very helpful even when he knew we were frustrated with learning how the transit system worked. He kept telling us to go to the transit attendant but the station near the hotel did not have a service attendant on site. We eventually had to figure out on our own without any help from the front desk person that was there.

As expected 4 star apartment hotel. Our bathroom plague was not working and my daughter is not able to have a bath. After speaking to reception, the lady came up to inspect immediately and offer us the apartment next door. However we already unpacked and found it easier to stay with the apartment given. Services have been great and very responsive. Possibly things to improve is to have a manual in the room and also housekeeping check everything.

La réception était accueillante, l’enregistrement rapide, et l’appartement très propre. Welcoming staff checked me quickly. Since I arrived early they offered me luggage service. Great location and clean property. Great breakfast option if a little expensive (my only reservation). Highly recommend this apartment hotel. The kitchen was the reason I chose this property.
