The Eiffel Tower Suite is a two bedroom, luxury Paris vacation rental in the center of the world's most visited neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing, walk outside and you feel like the Eiffel Tower could fall on you. The Apartment has all new furnishings and antiques (pre-war Metro bench from a Paris Bistro), oriental carpets, 32 in flat screen tv, free idd, wifi, a king-sized Canopy Bed and two high quality Simmons single bed (can make a queen), fully fitted Kitchen with Cable TV carrying the Movie Channel, eight Sports Channels, and Children's channels. Fourth floor with elevator, the Suite is cool, very light and quiet with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Paris.

Every guest is special. Walk outside for bistros, cafes, bakers butchers, grocery stores, to the Eiffel or to the Seine and beyond.

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. My wife and I brought our daughter for her senior trip. Check in was easy. Lots of local stuff from restaurants to grocery store to the Eiffel Tower only a few blocks away.

Mark’s place was exactly as described and perfect for myself and my two girlfriends. Yes - the bathroom is tiny (not sure my friend’s 6’3” husband would’ve fit in the shower) but it was dandy for us. Loved the elevator - a bit of a luxury in Paris and the proximity to everything was excellent. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location to get to all attractions. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the sidewalk outside the apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner was very easy to deal with and provide helpful travel information before we arrived

Came to Paris with my husband and 22 year old daughter to visit my daughter during her study abroad. Apartment was great. Lots of room for all of us and the living room area was a great bonus. Supermarket was 500 feet from the apartment making it easy to grab essentials. The washer and dryer was a bit tricky. First time using a 2 in 1. Edgar was quick to respond with directions regarding how to use the appliance but also with the TV. Location is absolutely perfect. View from the apartment is a small courtyard area but when you walk out the front door the Eiffel Tower is to your right and a beautiful sight. We walked all over the city and it was so nice to have a little home away from home to come back to.

This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!

The rental was great. The big bed was hard but felt awesome after walking all day. The apartment was great. I stayed with my 16 year old daughter and my 69 year old mother and it was more than enough room. We absolutely loved the apartment and it was in a safe area. I highly recommend the apartment

Great location easy to navigate around. Perfect size for the 3 of us with the 2nd bedroom connected to the first ideal for family. Happy to have a good Italian restaurant just below the apartment. Which made arrival day dinner easy and delicious. And it was glutten free so my mom could eat.

We would stay here again, and recommend it to others! Comfortable beds, good kitchen, minute bathroom, mostly clean, although bathroom tiles could use some bleach. Host available to help (not needed), nice area with plenty of restaurants and places to buy food, good access to transit. And, of course, there’s the Eiffel Tower looming over the front door!

The property was perfectly located with shops, restaurants, metro stations, and the Eiffel tower all within walking distance. The view was beautiful and the street was quiet and safe. The apartment was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The welcome basket was such a nice treat!

This apartment was so well-located within a couple minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and other conveniences, such as metro and RER stations. While I wouldn't necessarily call it a "luxury" apartment, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette and a living area. The lift was also so helpful! Probably the only drawback was the tiny bathroom, but that is fairly common in European flats. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Our stay in Paris was a great one. The apartment is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many other sights, so it was fun (and easy) to walk around and see the city. The apartment building was undergoing some renovations, so it was noisy at times, but it really didn’t matter since we were there get out in streets. It goes without saying that everything in the vicinity is expensive and crowded, but there was no shortage of options to take you off the beaten path.

Great unit with a convenient location close to metros. The host was great- he had an easy check in process, left a welcome basket, and was around to answer all questions. We also really appreciated the fans in the unit since it was so hot outside. The only downside was the king mattress was very firm. We switched to the other room with the two twins.

Absolutely loved our charming apartment just steps away from the Effie tower. Mark was a great host leaving us a lovely starter gift basket and detailed instructions. The building had old world charm, was clean and very secure. The bedrooms where comfortable, be aware you have to access the second bedroom through the first, however there is a privacy curtain that can be used. The beds are good and there was enough space for us all to spread out in the living area. Lots friendly dinning establishments close. I would recommend this location as a base for anyone wanting to have a comfortable home base well in Paris.

We loved our stay at Mr Shamy's cute little Parisian flat. Location is as amazing as the view of the Eiffel tower. So many fantastic bakeries and restaurants within short walking distance. I found the king bed mildly uncomfortable but husband loved it so its just a matter of preference. Kids loved the second room with the 2 twin beds. Kitchen was well appointed and the washer/dryer was a welcome amenity. The bathroom (especially the shower) was indeed vey small as stated in other reviews, but we made it wotk just fine for a family of 4. Overall a nice stay and we would stay there again in the future. There was also a lovely gift basket upon arrival.

Thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay and loved your apartment. The location was perfect with shops and nearby restaurants and of course the Eiffel Tower a block away. It was simple to walk everywhere or hop on the train. Great communication with the host and onsite contact. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable and my children slept very well with dark room and a super quiet building. Only reco would be instructions for the 2in1 Washer Dryer. That took a few tries to figure out drying. But otherwise perfect in every way! And really appreciated the gift basket. Would highly recommend!!
