I love the room decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat and they are within walking distance. Near places of interest. You will have something to do. Safe and quiet. I will come back to stay here again.

5 minutes walk to The Louvre Musuem. Metro Station and Bus Stops linking major parts of the city are about 3-5mins walk away. Decent!

Great area newr restaurants and attractions
We had a great time during our stay. Although it was smaller than what we anticipated, it still worked out. Great advantage being close to a lot of restaurants and some attractions. Walking distance to many things. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Made our stay comfortable.

Breaking buffet was wonderful. Shower/bath tub less than optimal. Bad shower head and no grab bars. Water went everywhere. Also, no fan so bathroom. Had to leave door open and didn’t allow much privacy.

Rooms are very different from the pictures. Rooms are dirty and not soundproofed. Small tv screen and most channels not working. Extremely disappointed!

We inform you that we have 36 rooms and 9 different categories each with a different decoration, the Double Classic Room, that you booked, which is 14m², The Double Superior Room which is 16m², The Double, and Twin Deluxe which is 18m² , The Triple Room which is 18m², Family Room which is 40m², and also The Junior Suite which is 21m². We have a cleaning service, specially trained, all rooms are minutely cleaned and controlled by the governess. Concerning the TV, we never had any problems with any customer because we have all the foreign channels, all our team is at your disposal 24 hours for assistance !! Good location. Clean but a bit dated. Got a triple room. The 3rd bed was more like a cot. The air conditioning did not work properly so hot in the room. Continental Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t get it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staying at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. It is at a perfect location for walking to so many great sites in Paris. The Louvre is literally a few minutes away. The Tuilleries, L'Orangerie, D'Orsay are just a bit farther. Bateaux and the Ile de la Cite and all its attractions are a reasonable walk as well. The many restaurants in the area. The hotel facility is well kept, the rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable, the staff is very helpful. They offer a nice breakfast for a reasonable price. The only criticisms I have is that the water pressure in the shower was low and the internet was very slow.

Cancelled flight,didn’t use hotel and no refund
My flight from DC to Paris was cancelled. I gave the hotel a days notice before I was set to check in and told them I would not be able to stay at the hotel due to reasons out of my control. They knew when I was scheduled to return to the US and they offered to change my check in date, but only offered a date beyond the timeframe of my trip. They made no exceptions for a refund even know I was in communication immediately when I found out my flight had been cancelled. They efforts to make a good faith gesture of a refund, which I am entitled to. I will never refer anyone to this place ever again.
