The location is good because it is very close to the bus station. The staff was polite, the room cleanliness was okay. However, the shower was very uncomfortable to use, as the overhead control was not working and I had to use the handheld hose.

I picked this property because of its proximity to Gare de Lyon. About a seven minute walk for me with large bag. I only stayed the night, but it was a great stay for my needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke pretty good English.

Convenient but rather mediocre

Disappointing for a 3 star: old furniture, dysfunctional bathroom. For French standards, to me this is just an average 2 stars. However, comfortable bed and fairly quiet room if you're facing the back for the building. Only advantage : right next to the Bercy suway station and a 3-min walk to the Accord Arena Concert Hall.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful they were very friendly and helpful, which really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is quite dated and could benefit from some upkeep, and we did notice ants during our stay I wouldn’t say it’s clean. The condition doesn’t fully reflect the photos online. That said, it’s a budget-friendly option, and while the building could use updates, the staff truly stand out. Personally, I might choose to pay a bit more next time for a hotel closer to the main area.

We stayed just one night and it was the perfect spot in Bercy for a stop-over. Conveniently located next to the Gare de Lyon. Wonderful staff and they served up a hearty breakfast (for a price). We would consider staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

I arrived earlier than the check in time and I was expecting to wait until my room is ready. However, the receptionist offered me a coffee until they chesk room availability. I was able to check in sooner than I thought. Room was nice and clean with two big windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. Walking distance to Gare de Lyon,Gare du Bercy and other transport. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come to Paris.

The place is very accessible by bus and metro. There are many Restaurants around. The room is ok, but no coffee or tea supply. Stayed 1 night only. Cheaper than others, has an elevator and free luggage storage. I would stay again in the future.

--- Comfortable Stay with a Minor Glitch

The room was spacious, and being an attic room, I had to watch my head in some spots, but the high ceilings in other areas felt pleasant. I particularly liked the large bathroom, where I could draw a bath and relax, which was great for unwinding. The water pressure and drainage were excellent. Unusually for a European hotel, the air conditioning worked well, making the room comfortably cool and unaffected by the heatwave. The room was also very clean. However, the bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly.

Extremely disappointed

I booked that hotel on the basis of the photos, description and reviews. The room we were given had absolutely nothing in common with the photos, it was much smaller, bed much smaller, the ceiling light's wire strung across the ceiling, some kind of fruit seeds still on the arm chair, bedside tables dusty, bathroom and notably the shower in bad condition with just a shower curtain... and the list is longer even. For the price I would have expected much better even in Paris!! Only positive point for us was where it was situated which suited our travels.

Great hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. A kettle to make tea/coffee in the room would be nice. Breakfast is quite expensive €16 for what is available. Otherwise I’d recommend it.
