Family stay
Location is very good if you want to explore Mobtmartre, Eiffel Tower etc. However rooms are cramped and bathrooms could do with better ventilation as condensation is a real problem. Breakfast buffet is reasonable and front desk staff are super helpful.

The staff were friendly and the view from the room was great. The room was clean and had everything I needed including a kettle which you don’t always get in Paris. There was a lively vibe at night with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The property was in a very good area, lots of options to eat and drink within a 5-10 minute walk . Nice walk up hill to Sacre Coeur and about a 20/25 walk to the Louvre area. The hotel is older style, but the staff at the front desk are 24 hours and very pleasant & helpful. Our room was on the fifth floor. We had a family room which was nice as it was two separate bedrooms with a bathroom in between -perfect for us and our two children. The room only had windows in the roof, so it was not light and bright, but we spend most of the time exploring the city, so it didn’t bother us too much. Shower pressure was amazing and air conditioner was useful. Hotel promised Wi-Fi, but we were told when we arrived that there was a problem in the area and it would be fixed tomorrow. We were there for three nights and were never able to use Wi-Fi - not a huge problem but would have been nice. All in all for the cost it was a nice hotel.

The location was really good, and had restaurants around the neighbourhood. The metro was 10 minutes was but not bad because the street are nice to walk around.

The location was incredible with a short walk to multiple metro stops, montmarte and the sacre coeur. The room was perfect and bathroom modern with a great shower. Would definitely stay here again

Very good Hotel, Staff were very nice, Clean, good location. I'm a Doctor and I was in Paris for a conference (Business Trip). Really it was very good and the hotel is close to everything. I recommend it.

The Room was exceptionally small for three people, upon arrival the hotel had no big towels only small hand towels and the shower leaked so most of the towels were used to mop up the water.

The room we got looked nothing like the pictures - furniture was tired and ripped, carpet was also ripped. Staff (one gentleman in particular) was extremely rude - we complained to the manager who didn’t seem surprised or overly concerned.

Woman at reception was rude, unhelpful, arrogant and racist. Will not be staying here again. Male on reception was accommodating and helpful.

The fact that teh woman at the reception may seem rude, we can accept it, even if our personal problems should not affect our customers. But saying that she is arrongant and racist, your comments become a little insulting. It is a family hotel with different religions and people of different colors. There has never been a problem of racism into our establishment. We all work with a good atmosphere.... We are sorry for this mishap and all the team of The Hôtel Corona wish you all the best for this end of the year 2019. First this hotel was advertised as being close tl the eiffel tower when it is actually am hour walk away. The room was filed woth dust and tiny, not what the picturea look like online. The hotel did let us change room but not much better. You have to leave your key at the front desk everytime you leave the hotel which is vwry unnerving. And to top it off they overcharged us on the city tax at the end of the trip and wouldnt gice us a recipt kf what we had paid, when we confronted them they said they dont understand or speak English, although they spoke English before. When i contacted hotels.com to report this all they said was that the hotel stated they only charged us 11 euro when they actually charged more and said there is nothing else they could do with this matter. They did offer us a voucher to use on their website but tbh i would stay way clear unless you want to waste money and be rippes off

Dear Madam,unfortunately, it is however clear on all the booking sites that our hotel is in the 9th arrondissement of Paris and not at the Eiffel Tower. Just be honest enough to say that you made a mistake of hotel location. From there, each proposed room could not have been suitable for you If we ask you the key at the desk, it is only to be sure you do not mind and It's also a question of security. We remind you that the city taxe is never included. It is written everywhere and an invoice is available at the end of your stay. Kidn Regards

The hotel was a place to sleep but not much more. The bathroom had an extremely tiny shower and the towels that we were provided were not much larger than hand towels. The rooms were small and the walls were thin so we could hear people in the hall and nearby rooms at all hours. The room where you store luggage is left open st all times and any time I went in there, the person at the front desk didn’t bat an eye - didn’t feel super secure.

Staff were really friendly and informative. Great location next to bus stops, near metro and main train station. Has good bakery near by and a supermarket. Tidied and cleaned room daily with fresh towels. Would recommend ear plugs as street outside can get a bit noisy, especially with rush hour traffic and beeping car horns. Pillows were quite lumpy and the shower doors need a new seal as they didn’t stop the water going onto the bathroom floor outside the shower. But would definitely stay again.

Old building but all in all it was nice. Elevator is extremely small and hotels request you to submit keys when leaving premises.

The AC was great. Location was close to restaurants. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Staff wasnt the friendliest. The rooms were dirty. The sheets and blankets had stains. I noticed that a lamp was super dusty. My friend and I got rashes in our skin. I also observed that the cleaning staff put the clean towels on the hallway floor before placing them in the restroom.

Centrally located hotel in Paris. Closest metro station is only a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat and nearby grocery store to buy necessities. Big plus was the air conditioning and elevator

Our stay at the Corona Hotel in Paris, France was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Beginning with the staff that did not have a good customer service, were not helpful at all nor did they seem interested in meeting the needs of the hotel guests. After we checked in, a gentleman surprisingly open the door to one of our room without knocking. When we were on our way out for dinner we were asked to leave the room keys at the Front Desk. We told the receptionist repeatedly not to clean our rooms next day and the housekeeper went anyway. Obviously, there is no communication between staff. One of the receptionist did not understand or spoke English, therefore, we couldn’t communicate well with them. There wasn’t a manager who could help. We asked 2 receptionist where we can buy adapters to charge our phones and both said they didn’t know. We walked and purchased a couple. Next morning, while waiting for an Uber, we sat in reception and noticed a stand that had items for sale and saw adapters exactly the same as the one we purchased. How the staff do not know that the property offers this service? This hotel is advertised as a 3 star hotel, but it’s not. The room are outdated, very small to fit 3 people, beds not good, no pillows, they provide decorative cushions as pillows and were very small, one per person. Towels were disgusting and torn. Bathroom were extremely small and had mold on the wall of the tub. The only positive thing was the location****
