Room was incredibly small, and the bathroom was awful (only one towel). Staff at check in were rude and unhelpful. I would give this place 2 stars at best. Only good thing was location.

Amazing! What a great hotel in such a great location! The vibe of this hotel was splendid, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Even writing this review 2 months after our stay, I remember how good it was! Our balcony overlooked the busy restaurant seen below, it was a great choice for our honeymoon. Thanks Again! Chris

Good accommodations. Typically smallish rooms but situated in such a great location to visit Paris. Restaurants galore right outside the front door. One very small elevator but wasn’t an issue.

Small rooms, shower needs replaced. Pillows need replaced. Location great. Personal are friendly and speak English. Very limited storage space. O.K. for a 3 star hotel.

Hello RaymondThank you for taking the time to write a comment.Indeed our location is great, we are in the center of Paris in one of the oldest district, and so, old mueans small in Paris, so the buildings and therefore the rooms are not very large either.About the pillows we usually don't have complains but we hope you came to see and told us that during your stay? We, of course, would have do something about it (add more pillows or even change them).

Very cozy French hotel. Good breakfast included. My only complain would be the Internet connection. They say that they got WiFi but it does work only in the reception area. I never had WiFi in my room. The signal was very bad.

A hotel for small people
Book a room at the back .. some street noise , bins get emptied at 6.30 in the morning.. rooms small not great when your 6’ 2 !

Avoid this hotel
Elevator broke down and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. Room was so tiny that we barely could walk around the bed. Price was $450 per night and there were no amenities. The room key was so ancient that when it didn’t work, they didn’t have the master key to get us into the room. Service was terrible. Front desk man during the night shift was rude and didn’t know anything to help the guests. I will never stay here again. Avoid this hotel.

Indeed our elevator broke down for one night, we call the repair company and they arrive the next day, we sincerely apologize about this.You had to connecting rooms with a private hallway, the rooms dimensions are written in the rooms description when you make your reservation.We are in one of the oldest district (and most beautiful) of Paris, so the streets, buildings, etc are smaller than in a modern area.About the night receptionnist we will discuss with him to see what happened.What a shame you didn't come to us directly rather than complaining online, we always find solution to make our guest happy.

Wonderful stay :-) Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options for breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is the best! Close to 2 metro stations and so central that you can walk to most neighborhoods of Paris. The airport train station is like 1 minute away. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel du Levant was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to get into our room early, and the breakfast was incredible. I loved everything about our stay!

Very disappointed in the fact that my shower drain was incredibly slow and also water leaked onto the bathroom floor as well from the seal of the shower. Disgusting! I told the front desk person on Sunday Oct. 30, 2022. He marked it down for the cleaning staff, but never asked about moving me to another room. Monday Oct. 31, 2022 I checked out and informed the front desk again that I would have to leave a review and the On-Duty manager overheard me and asked what the problem was, so I told her and the front desk person. They informed me that nothing had been said to them by the night front desk person, but yet I just passed a cleaning lady and she asked me if it was my shower that needed to be fixed. They didn’t have the common sense or courtesy to apologize and try to rectify my situation. They charged full price of the room even though I had a shower that didn’t drain and I had to stand in my own dirty water. Incredible lack of human decency. Great hotel in Paris!
This is a great option in Paris. Wonderful central location at a good value. It’s really nice to have breakfast included (not so common in Paris). Very clean, spacious room, nice towels, good housekeeping. Our only issue was that the refrigerator was not working and when they did fix it, it was just ‘kind of’ working. We would stay here again though.
