I liked the hotel and its marvelous location. I was unlucky as they were in the process of renovating, so was a bit noisy. WiFi service not very good. Keeps disconnecting and I keep telling them to reboot the router

The hotel literally is located in the center is Paris, 1 block and a half from the roissy bus stop from/to CDG airport, behind galeria Lafayette store, clean, safe and in good conditions, good price, ideally for 1 or 2 nights stopovers in Paris

Paris weekend.
Long weekend in Paris. Fantastic location just behind the Opera. Rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was also really good. Only downsides were that the room was overheated and access to go upstairs from the GF had to be via the lift as the card controlled door wasn't working.

Nice for short stay
Hotel is very central/easy to find. Reception area and staff were very nice and welcoming. Bedroom 301 was small but ideal For out 24 hour stay. We had a twin room which was too warm (November) but AC didn’t work when room card wasn’t in. My bed squeezed every time I moved. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t too great but there was enough choice. Woman serving the breakfast area only placed 4 slices of bread at a time at the buffet despite there being 8 people seated across 4 tables. I’d stay here again and would recommend it.

Great location!! Very convenient to the Metro and Shopping around the area. The room is very clean. The only down-side is the lift can take some time to arrive/open. But I guess its very typical for Paris.

Good location, nice hotel
Great location, this classic hotel is great for a Paris trip, rooms (classic) is OK given your only sleeping in it!, would prefer a little bigger but again typically European, comfy bed and quiet location even room at front. Only negative for me was size of the shower, they are quite small, so OK for a drip down wash. Staff are helpful, night porter on hand for nightcap drinks in a nice bar area. Would recommend for a city break

Staff was AMAZING! Everyone was truly helpful, friendly and accommodating! Check in was a breeze and after we checked out and wanted to store our luggage, not only did the allow us to store it all day, they gave us directions on how to get to CDG. The location was just fantastic as it was close enough to walk or very central to busses and subway! Deff stay here!

In the middle of a heatwave, I was given a room where the air conditioning did not work. Calling reception did not help: the phone didnot work (receptionist told me later he was fully aware that it did not work). Went back downstairs, got receptionist to come back with me. He swore that the aircon was working, just slow to start. He put his hand in front of vent, reinforced that it was working. Left. An hour later, I had to go back down as aircon definitely was never going to start. I asked for another room. "We haven’t got any". I looked incredulous. Five minutes later: "Let me see... yes we do have one. But the aircon doesn't work. There's nothing I can do about it! The boss doesn't want to invest in changing it!" "So you mean to say, you knew full well the aircon was not working in the previous room? And you still told me it would?" "Yes! There's nothing I can do about it!" Absolute nonsense from start to finish, with utterly unpleasant, flippant attitude from this receptionist. This hotel is overpriced for very dated, tired rooms and carpets, and completely useless, almost hostile service.

Central Paris - great location!
Great "little" hotel tucked behind the Galeries Lafayette, hence great central location, also close to RATP bus to Roissy. Room was spacious for Paris (enough for , very comfortable bed, nice bathroom - overlooking a courtyard, hence very quiet (but no view - I did not care, I was there only for sleeping). Reception was friendly. Bar/Drinks and breakfast available for a fee, though I did not use these services. I will stay there again on my next visit to Paris!

Overall OK hotel but lacking quality for the price
Overall good hotel if all you want is to sleep there but still I find it a bit expensive for the service, room size and quality overall but I guess this is expected in Paris. Location is great with walking distances to many places and also with several bus and metro stations around. Room is very small so big persons will find it somehow annoying. Shower very small, I am a medium size male and was not able to fit well and take a comfortable shower so if you are a big person and taller than 1.80mts this will be a big problem. Breakfast was OK, nothing special or spectacular, just bread, cheese, juice and coffee. Would I stay again? Probably yes, but will look for another options if I happen to come back to Paris.

This is our third time staying at the hotel. Location is good for my wife's shopping and good lor my business trip inside the city. Especially the front desk, Smantha and Flancoia , the two are the best and appreciate their help for us !

The was good. Clean and tidy. The housekeeper came in every day to tidy. The room was a good size. The only problem we found was the shower was far to small. Could not turn round and I burned my arm on the tap and left a burn mark. Besides that, we had a great time. The hotel is in a perfect location. We would stay again, but in a room with a bigger shower.

Misleading hotel page
Hotel is very small and not very clean. Not at all like the pictures taken. The pictures were actually quite misleading. There was barely room for two people to walk from bed to washroom in the room. Elevator very small couldn't fit one person and two luggages. No working wifi outside of lobby eventhough the staff insisted it should work... Not worth the money at all

The hotel is close to the shopping district of Paris. The hotel staffs are friendly, particularly Ms. Samantha who is very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
