overall had a great stay for two nights. hotel and rooms are very small however that is expected for anywhere in europe. the only downsides were pur shower was very very tiny with nowher to put toiletries but we made it work. we found it strange we had to leave our key with the staff while we leave for the day. everyone was friendly and room was tidied up during the day. i would stay here again

The property was just a 6 min easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees so the location is extremely convenient. There is a cafe downstairs and many others in the following blocks. The area is safe and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. However, staff did not crack a smile at any point. They looked like they didn't want to be at work and were only going through the motions. Didn't feel welcomed nor were we asked if we had any questions or needed any info. There was a note on the elevator stating no eating was permitted in rooms or there would be a fine. I don't know what that meant... if not even a snack, but didn't want to test it. However, I found it to be very inconvenient especially traveling with children. Also, the elevator stops at inbetween floors meaning that after you leave you must still go up or down approx 5 stairs with luggage. It's a tiny elevator where only you and 2 suitcases fit at once. I was able to overlook the inconveniences and staff, though, given the good location and cleanliness.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent. A short walk to the Arc de Triumph. Close to restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean and spacious enough for the trhee of us. I would definitely stay there again.

Mohammed at the front desk was a calm grounded force when we checked in, and my small day bag went missing due to a child taking it into the taxis with his family! Mohammed saved the day with a phone call, and the family sent my bag back in a taxis. Sufian at the front dest was also very helpful and I appreciated the opportunity to practice my French with them! Perfect area, feels extremely safe to return in the metro at night and walk back to this area, after exploring by metro and on foot. So close to the Arc de Triomph and the Champs Eleysee! Some peeling wallpaper could use a refresh but the room was clean, with very comfortable beds and I loved being able to soak in a bathtub of hot water after 12 hours of walking. I do recommend this hotel as a budget option for this who want to be right downtown in all the action.

Perfect place
This was the best hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The service was beyond anything we could have ever wanted or expected, from the welcome drink by the pool, to hand written notes / pastries / port each day. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was a serene, beautiful and peaceful place tucked away in the most perfect location to walk everywhere we needed. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Central location.
The location is very good --- close to the bus direct to Gare du Nord and about two and a half blocks from Arc de Triomphe. Very clean. The larger bed was comfortable. It is a boutique hotel with a very small elevator that stops between floors (so guests walk up or down a half of floor to their room). The checkin desk has only one employee so occasionally the vestibule is unattended and the door, necessarily, locked. Thus, be prepared to sometimes have to wait for a few minutes to get in.

This is the worst hotel ever. The pictures look nothing like reality. The rooms are super tiny and super dirty. the amenities are horrible. No coffee/kettle in the room. the remote for the TV didn't work. The body wash was empty. the house keeping came in, dropped some towels and that's it. they didn't clean or straighten up the place. they didn't change the sheets or the shampoo bottles. When we requested shampoo, we were given body wash and told it was okay to use it on the hair as well. The bathroom is DISGUSTING. the towels were DIRTY, one of them had a nail on it. the elevator was so small it didn't fit me and my bag. The wallpaper in the room was torn off in some spots. the floor was so dirty. the lamps in the room were horrible. one of them didn't work and the other one didn't even have a light bulb in it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

There was a bedbug manifestation in the room we initially stayed in. We asked for a refund but they refused. We did not want a complimentary breakfast. All we wanted was our money back because to have 4/6 bedbugs in a room is unacceptable. And the response from their email stating “ This plague affects all types of establishments - from the Palace to the unclassified Hotel through your home or that of your neighbour. For information, it is the customers themselves who bring back in their belongings all kinds of critters from all over the world and this is unfortunately a problem / risk inherent in the tourist activity which must be aware of during any trip / stay.” it is just poor from them.

I arrived an hour before check-in, hoping to work for a bit in the lounge or a communal space but was told there was nowhere available and I should come back at 2pm. The room was clean and had everything we needed but we were woken by a fire alarm test at 8am, so that wasn't great!

Worst experience ever. The staffs lack of communication and proper endorsement to each other. The male staff who was working the night of 10/20/2021 was very rude. I asked if I could talk to his boss, and he said he can't call his boss to which he was just talking on the phone few minutes before I asked. I asked for his name, and he said, he does not have a name. We ended up checking out the same day that we checked in, at 11:30pm and had to looked for another hotel that would be able to accommodate us at the very last minute. This hotel made our Paris experience bad.

All the photos you see online are a lie... I booked a room and got nothing compared to the photo I booked... I had to buy my own toilet paper - terrible terrible experience don’t advise at all..when I told management I was gonna give a bad review they said they didn’t care..

It's a fake!!! Hotel Riviera Elysées has been totally renovated. The hotel is much better that the old photos on the websites. Our receptionists are appreciated. Really don't understand (?)
