All is ok, a good place for the price. A few amenities available but is a real good option for the price. Not far from metro line 1, easy to walk. Nice choice.

rooms far too hot with no air conditioning. Beds were as hard as wood and almost impossible to sleep on. Pillows were gave nio support. Towels far too small.

This is a good little budget hotel. However i was on a high floor and the windows opened all of the way which i felt was dangerous as wouldnt be suitable for childreb. Check in was easy staff were friendly. Area isnt great but easily accessible to all amenities metros etc. Staff were always happy to help we enjoyes our stay. Hotel was also quiet which was a god send at night time as no loud parties etc

it was unsanitary and bare minimum . the bed for the child was not made . hairs and burn marks everywhere . smelly room . no soap at the sink . towels need to be changed . stains . dusty floor .

Very small rooms, you'll hit your elbows on the shower moving around. There is no curtain to separate the railing where you hang your towel and clothes, so theyighy get wet. I had to come out of the shower in the room to dry, as I didn't have enough space. I booked a room for three people, there were only two towels and.the bunk bed had no bedsheets. I strongly recommend you pay the 14 Euro for parking, as the area is not pleasant. There are a lot of homeless people around, you won't feel safe leaving the car in the street. The car park is gated and secured, you will receive an access card. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from.the underground station and bakeries. We will probably not book again.

Hotel near metro station
Nice place to stay if you are traveling on low budget for accommodation. The room was clean, although the bathroom had a bit of bad smell. Friendly receptionist. the hotel had small grocery stores nearby for food and drinks, and the metro station was also convenient.

Terrible and overpriced
I've stayed at other Ibis facilities before but this one made me decide to never stay at any of their hotel anymore. This one is filthy and uncomfortable in every way.

Definitely not worth it.
While it is close to amenities and within a short metro ride to central Paris, the hotel itself is overpriced for what it offered. Terrible is the only would to describe it.

Cheap place to sleep that is close to the Metro
I had a good experience at this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. The food choice is typical French so North Americans, beware. You will not have eggs and waffle options but you're in France so embrace the experience! It is adequate and you can eat and be on your way. While the room was small, I was ok with it - I only slept there as I was out all day, enjoying Paris. I would come back here as I found the location to the Metro very useful.

OK hotel in a slightly dodgy area. Check in was quick and room access no problem. Clean rooms if a bit beat up, particle board furnishings. Good value if you must be in this part of Paris.

rather depressing hotel
Many homeless congregate opposite hotel - very sad. Noisy road just beyond that. Did an online pre-pay deal, hotel staff tried to charge me anyway - kept me standing about wondering what they were doing to resolve.

The accommodation was absolutely fine considering the price. But what do I mean by that: the staff was very friendly and led you to your room. The room itself was surprisingly clean and spacious. Obviously not huge but for totally fine for two people. The bathroom situation was kinda odd but fine as well. The sink, toilet and shower were in separate weird little boxes instead of having a bath. The sink was in the same room as the beds. The surroundings were fine. There are many e-bikes around which you can use to go to the city. You’ll need around 35 min. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, farmers markets, bakeries etc all within 10 min walking distance. There’s a metro station 10 min away as well. So all in all. The hotel is great if you need a place to stay and plan to stay out and about all day

O hotel é bem básico apenas para dormir, sem muito conforto, pouco espaço. Atendimento ok sem muita interação. A localização é longe do centro de Paris, mas perto da estação de metro Saint-Mande. Tem supermercado e restaurantes perto. O ônibus que vai para o aeroporto passa na rua (€2,15).

Ubicado a las afueras de Paris en un barrio bastante sucio, oscuro y dejado. El personal con pésima atención y falta de organización. La habitación pequeña y poco acogedora. Lo mejor, el metro L1 que está a 5 minutos andando.
