Stayed here for my honeymoon and the staff was exceptional! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to tour the amazing city of Paris! I would definitely stay here again!

This property meet and exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and lovely, giving my family of 4 more than enough space for a weeks stay. The property was close to dining, shopping, and historical monuments and destinations we were interested in. The area was clean around and on property and always felt very safe. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to any needs we had. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about what this property has to offer and we can’t wait to stay here again on a future visit to Paris!!

Beautiful small hotel with limited facilities and service issues. Concierge was excellent but front desk staff had to be asked twice or three times to take care of basic issues. Night staff member claimed that he could not address any issues. Bathroom (tiny) was a separate room from shower (beautiful ). Although picture shows deluxe room with large bath they did not have any such rooms at 1:00 pm when we checked in. Deluxe room (highest category below suite) was tiny. Could not separate twin beds. Again, concierge tried to compensate for staff inadequacy but this seems to be a basic management problem. Gym facilities are extremely limited. Nice pool table in lobby.

Wow!! This hotel is an amazing place to stay, we loved everything about it. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The Spa is lovely and the hotel is situated perfectly for shopping. We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary but loved it so much we hope to visit next year for our next anniversary!

The hotel boasts an excellent location. The male receptionists are accommodating, but I must note that the female staff at the reception seemed unprofessional, engaging in loud conversations and laughter in front of guests during check-in. Additionally, there is a need for improvement in room soundproofing; while waiting for the elevator, I could clearly hear intimate sounds from a nearby room, which may impact overall guest experience.

Perfect family stay , the junior suite is really accommodating and the hotel is close by to eiffel tower and arch de triumph as well to all shopping in avenue montaigne

My room facing the courtyard was the quietest hotel room I've ever experienced and I am fussy about quiet-ness, so I was very grateful for that. The staff was very helpful, especially the bellmen - everyone seemed sincere in their desire to help. The location is good depending on what you wish to do, i.e. for the most part Beverly Hills-style shopping is within walking distance but art museums are not. The room was extremely well-appointed. The only criticism and it is very minor is that coffee in the room wasn't replaced exactly as requested - which could've been easily remedied of course by my calling the front desk. Compared to the overall excellence of this hotel, that has absolutely no impact in my opinion of it.

The bath was leaking badly and flooded the bathroom. The water pressure in shower was only average at best. The bar would not serve residents after midnight any beverage - have not experienced that before in a hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. The entire staff was amazing and always ready to help but those that worked in the restaurant/kitchen really helped to make this stay a special one. The spa/pool area was incredible. The area is very close to both the Eiffel Tower and arc de triomphe (under 15 mins walk) as well as lots of high end shopping. The area is slightly touristy but I would definitely stay here again.

Expected a lot from this property. For the price we paid, no CNN, phone is not user friendly (very difficult to get in touch with front desk), concierge gave us a scare when HE said the package was not delivered but indeed it was when we got into the room. We called for assistance with our luggages upon check out, waited & decided to do it ourselves since no one came.

Highly recommend this beautifully appointed hotel. Could not fault the restaurant, the service or the facilities. It was a perfect oasis to call home in the middle of a bustling city. Many fabulous restaurants and tourist sites all within walking distance. We look forward to returning in the future.
