Great, charming spot to stay! Not quite in Mortmarte neighbourhood, but very easy/quick walk will bring you there- and you have views of the Sacre Cour from your window! Clean and bright. Loved that there was (paid) laundry to get us caught up. Take note there is no lift so you’ll be climbing multiple flights of stairs to your room, but we thought that was just part of the Parisian charm.

If you are looking for a clean affordable stay in Paris, this is it. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a hostel not a Five Star Resort. But what it does, it does well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was a hostel which it wasn’t clearly stated in the expedia listing. Pictures look better that the real room. It was clean and staff was nice and helpful, but very old property, the room and beds are small and the card key had to be magnetized after each use. It wasn’t too bad but not what I was expecting based on the expedia listing. However, the location is very good.

The pictures are probably 20 years old.. The property is clearly not maintained and I probably the worst of all, you can hear people in the other rooms as well as if they were sleeping in your room! This is not worse the price! Don’t even try breakfast, there are plenty of options around and even go up to Sacre coeur for a croissant and a coffee with a view instead! The staff was clearly not liking this place either

This is a great and affordable place to stay! Lot’s if native families stayed here so it meets all the basic needs. It’s a ten minute walk up the hill to Sacre Coeur and the best view of the city day or night. Staff is friendly and helpful with anything you need.

I had I good experience, the room was clean, I shared the room with 3 other girls so that was nice cause I felt comfortable in that way, the price is low so I couldn't ask for More, also they have a cafeteria with FREE coffee and chocolate, and free juice, there's no elevator but that's ok again the price is very low so I understand that they don't have an elevator :)

Great hostel.
Great atmosphere, however rooms very small. A toaster in the communal area would be great and is normal for hostels. Safe and clean however which are my main priorities.

Mixed bag...
It's got a great location, but the bed was just inches from the next one and there is no privacy curtain. The shower unit was tiny. The place is not clean, there was all sorts of trash under my bed. The biggest problem though is noise, you can hear everything from the other rooms, people talking, having sex and the constant sound of footsteps as people go up and down the old creaky wooden staircase. I picked the place for the location, which you cannot fault, but for the money, the hostel could be a lot better. There is nowhere to stash you things in the room apart from on your bed, and no lockers in the room either. Check in staff were wonderful, but the guy doing the checkout was a total disaster as he worked incredibly slowly even though there were lots of people wanting to depart.
Okay if the person next to you is a close friend, otherwise rather strange.

My stay was very short, so I didn't get to take advantage of every amenity. Unfortunately, in my room, there was only one outlet (that I could find) between the other occupant and myself, so I had to charge my phone in a different room. Other than that, it was great for the 5 hours I stayed.

This is a hostel that offers "family rooms" which are comfortable and well equipped with appropriate amenities. I would however, recommend that any family coming from overseas request a room that does not have windows opening on the courtyard. As this is a hostel there are many young people that congregate and chat in the courtyard well past the 10 pm curfew, and the noise bounces off the stone walls into the windows several floors up. The staff dealt with this issue multiple times and were very kind. Nevertheless, I would not recommend putting a family in a room with windows opening on the courtyard.

We had a beautiful view from our balcony of Sacred Couer. The people were very nice and our adult children each had their own bed. The stairs tothe fifth floor were tough.

Nice Stay for Family
It was a great location and great size room for a family of 4. Nice shared kitchen/dining area and the kids love the foosball. Plus, the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have maybe a couch in the room and there was nowhere to hang up clothes or put them away in the room, so we had to live out of the suitcase. Just a few FYIs, there is no elevator. Our family room was on the 5th floor and we had to walk up and down the stairs, so keep that in mind. There were nice, big windows, but really no air conditioning in the room and it was busy outside so to get a breeze, be prepared for noise. But a perfect location for getting all over Paris and many places to eat and shop around. Plus, two metro lines and bus access. Overall, great for the price.

Worst then a 3rd world homeless shelter
Worst expiernce in. All of europe. Beds hard as a rock. No working facilities. No qualified or educated staff. And hostel is in a very ran down dangerous and hostile part of paris. Please dont stay here. I have been to 38 europe countries and i have never felt more terrified or uncomfortable til this place

Very good value hostel in Montmartre
The location is excellent, the place is very clean, the staff friendly & the wifi worked well; it is very good value for money. The downside is there is no elevator, which makes the 3rd floor daunting. Also, since it is a hostel, it tends to attract the younger crowd & they can get noisy at times. The hairdryer & safe did not work, though one can borrow a hairdryer.

I stayed at a 4-beds female dorm for one night. The room was very clean and spacious. It actually was partitioned into two rooms, with two beds in each. The hostel is located within 10 minutes walking distance to the Sacred Heart Basilica, and metro station is only two minutes away.

The check in was fast , I like the fact that u can cook your own meal as there is a kitchen and kettle for making hot drinks.. The staffs was helpful especially Julie. They all speak English. I would stay there again when I visit Paris.

It was very rewarding to read that you found our reception to be very friendly and accommodating to you throughout your stay with us. We have staff available 24-7 to assist you with all your requests. We were also pleased to read you enjoyed our location, which is very central to all the best restaurants, cafes, bars that Paris has to offer. I was looking For an hotel this was a hostel. Not a good place to go with family There was no elevator and we got a room in the 6th floor. Suposedly there was housekeeping but they didn’t clean our room. And at checkout we had to take to the Front desk our sheets and towels. The area is not nice at all The staf at the Front desk were very friendly tho.

Nice clean and great location but No elevator.
That picture is a 6th floor room and building has no elevator. Was not easy for us.beside that it was good clean twin room. Hotel location is very good. Resturant coffee and convenience store all within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Additional paid breakfast could have been more attractive if it included toast and eggs.
