It was fully renovated with an artistic feel, with hints to Chagall’s iconic works of art, including the majestic ceiling of the living room, a copy of the dome of Opera Garnier. Thanks to high ceilings and beautiful Parisian views from the small balcony, it has a true sense of place. This is a one-of-a-kind home to enjoy a Parisian stay, with 3 comfortable bedrooms.
The space
The apartment is located in a heritage building, set in a structure built under the diligent organization of Baron Haussmann.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining room with seating for 8
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (with bathtub and WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

3 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: sofa bed for two people

The apartment is comfortable for 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator)

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This apartment is accessible by elevator. However, please note that it is a small one (suitable for one person with one suitcase maximum).
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
