Located on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard, the residence is very secure with a concierge on-site and is ideally situated near public transport (3 metro lines, buses) as well as restaurants, cafés, cinemas, luxury boutiques, and Parisian shops. There's also a supermarket just steps away, open until 10 p.m.
