The building is under video surveillance and has a 24/7 security guard to ensure the safety of the premises and prevent any illegal activities.

I really loved it the studio because near to everywhere and very safe place to stay definitly recommend

I would of rather stayed at a hostel than at this property. Pictures look nice however what we saw when we arrived was quite different. There was mold on the wall, trims were popped out of wall, and the bed/floor were dirty. I also wouldnt classify this as a studio- room was way too small. Our two luggages hardly fit. I communicated upon my arrival with the host about the uncleanliness/ mold and he said there was nothing he can do for us. I was also asking if we can get a refund so we can stay somewhere else and he said not possible- that cancellation/refund can only be given up to 60 days before. AGAIN I was not trying to not stay here however upon my arrival the place was sow unsantiatry we wanted to leave! I felt constrained to stay as this property wasnt cheap. I DO NOT recommend staying here. I rather of stayed in a hostel if I knew these conditions. The only saver was that this property is in a great location- easy access to landmarks. SO we tried not to stay at this place except for sleep. HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO BOOK.

I had an awesome stay and the hosts were always a very responsive to my messages. In order to pay, you’ll have to go on their website room4me where you can add amenities like a taxi service from the airport (one way) or tours in Paris. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed. It was super close to the metro/bus and 15 min walking from the Eiffel Tower. I enjoyed my stay!

I loved the place and the location where it was. The place was clean and checking in and out was very simple. I liked the colors of the room and even though the place was smaller than expected me and my partner didn’t have much issues with the place. It is close to the Eiffel Tower which is something I was looking forward to going to at a walking distance. There is also a Filipino store right next to it that made me feel like home since I am Filipino so it was nice to have apart of my heritage so close to where I was staying. Next time I go back to Paris I will book this apartment again when it is available.
