More of a two star mentality. There was a lovely middle aged lady who seemed sincere and real nice. I loved her. There was a gentleman at the desk who was polite but inadvertently rude! First our check out according to Expedia was 12 PM at noon and according to a gentleman who checked us in, it was the same at noon but in the morning when I saw this new gentleman immediately asked what room we were at what time we were going to check out and I told him noon he said no check out is 1130 which I told him we were told that it was noon and he said no it’s 1130 later on when I explained it to the lady she said it’s because they do not have enough cleaning staff and Won had not showed up to work today not the end of the world I can handle it but what bothered me is it was a rainy day and my son and I took two umbrellas to go for a walk when we return, we put the two umbrellas in the umbrella basket and the guy kind of snaps and says where are the umbrellas? Did you bring them back? I did not see them and I’m like taken aback. Really sounded insulting. I would not mind giving this place one more chance, so I’m giving it three out of five rating. On the bright side, the room was clean, a bit noisy because of the construction next door, and again the lady was incredibly pleasant. Hence my more generous rating.

Beautiful and clean room and hotel. We stayed in room 21, which was super quiet. The hotel is stylish and the staff were super nice. Location cannot be beat. Everything was great for our stay. Totally recommend!

A very cosy,clean,quiet,safe and homey boutique hotel. I had couple to request upon my arrival which were immediately dealt with by the lovely owner and her stuff.A great value for money,highly recommended place. Excellent location,five different restaurants on the same street,perfect place for anyone,will definitely come back.

Brigitte is the owner and is so nice and welcoming. She has invested in this hotel with great taste creating a friendly and elegant atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect. Minutes away by walk to the Sacré Cœur and Gare du Nord. Bravo

Chic, comfy, welcoming hotel with courteous knowledgeable staff. Bathrooms are spacious but do have glass doors - where did that trend come from? Beds and pillows were super comfy.

Super well located in MontMartre, steps away from the Sacre Coeur. Although in a very busy area, the hotel is super quiet. You don't hear the street noise from inside the room. Staff was very nice and attentive (Fabio & the other guy - sorry I forgot the name, and also the owner, Brigitte). They have a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room, and a good size elevator. The rooms are small (it's Paris!) but with good space to hang clothes, and even a small table if you need to work. We did not have the time to check the wellness area or have breakfast, maybe next time.

We found the room and bath to be a very good size and well appointed. Plenty of good dining in the area. We were only there for one night on our way to the airport so did not explore the neighborhood thoroughly. We checked in Wednesday afternoon and they ran our card for a 100 euro deposit. It is Monday and I have not seen a refund yet. I called yesterday and they said it would be processed today.

Fabio put us at ease immediately. He made sure we had everything we needed and was able to tell us options for ways to spend our days that were very helpful. Comfortable beds. Loved being in the middle of Montmarte. Grocery store and wonderful boulangeries so close. Souvenirs available close. Phenomenal chocolate mousse across the street at La Favorita. We were able to find several places close where we could order food and sit outside to eat. We had a lovely time.

We stayed here and did not want to leave! Bridgette and Fabio are amazing and all the staff were just lovely. We were treated like family and it made all the difference in our stay - I know Paris would not have been the same without staying here! I never imagined getting a good morning hug or ushered out the door with a kiss on a cheek and a tip for somewhere great to go, but that’s what we got! Perfect experience. The rooms were gorgeous, modern and clean, and have a fridge and a safe and A/C. Comfy beds! Beautiful little restaurant and the breakfast is yummy. I want to go back just to stay here! We wanted to take Fabio home with us in our luggage, but since we didn’t, everyone else will get to enjoy him - he has lots of knowledge about Paris that he is happy to share, so take him up on it! And take the river cruise - it’s a relaxing way to enjoy the sites and see the city.

Bridget, the owner and her staff treated us as if we were part of her family, Even took me to the hairdresser for a cut and my wife to the manicurist. Helpful beyond any expectations, Jacques and Fabio at the desk guided and helped us with touristic advice. We could stay here for another trip to Paris anytime

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Montmartre. Monsieur Jacque was kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect in my room. The bathroom was gorgeous and the air conditioning worked incredibly. Wonderfully comfortable bed and extremely clean hotel. I will look to stay there every time I am in Paris.

The experience was great !! Fabulous location, good rooms but no space to keep suitcases or clothes. We were stepping out one afternoon and were stopped by the man at the front desk who kept talking about paris and how we are wasting our time in Paris and the money we spend there. We were immersing ourselves to understand hos point of view only until he pulls out some cruise tickets trying to sell something to us.. it's unfortunate coz we truly valued his suggestions only untill he kept pushing us to buy the boat tickets from him.. was quite annoying coz i was heading for breakfast and he just won't let us go.

Great place to stay
We stayed on New Year eve, we were surprised on how quiet our room was when it was so rauckous outside. Everyone was super friendly and we loved the dining room. Bk was a bit limited for the price, but continental bk usually are.

The resort was fabulous. Would recommend it for anyone travelling to Paris to stay at. The location was beautiful, everyone should stay near Montmarte. Walking distance to everything. The staff was great. Fabio the front desk concierge was very accommodating and super helpful. We will be back!
