The apt was beautiful, clean and centrally located. But there was no living person to speak with at Sweet Inn. We received a useless door code that delayed our entry for an hour after a long trip. We figured out to only use two of the three codes . A machine responded hours later stating "we sent you the codes ".The next day a person called after I gave them bad feedback. We were really hoping to wash our clothes in the washer/dryer but we could not figure out how it worked. We had no remotes for the a/c units . The text said to look for them and then it turned out we did not need them since the air was controlled on the wall .Then we received a manual re: appliances by text after I asked , ..Why wasn't that waiting for us? and the washer was not the same as the one in the manual . for over $1,000 a day demand a person from Sweet Inn greet you upon arrival . if you cant get this don't go what if something really went wrong?
