Perfect place for a Paris getaway

The location of this place is amazing. Close to wonderful shops and restaurants. The Louvre is minutes away. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and the beds were super comfy. It was super easy to check in and check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment in a great location

We loved this high-style, modern apartment retrofitted inside a 500-year-old building in the heart of Paris. Host is very responsive (best responses ever). Check-in is easy. Laundry machine is great. Shower is great. furnishings are comfortable. Neighborhood is perfect. Convent to LesHalles & Chatelet train/metro stations. We wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect family trip near the Louvre

As a family of 6, had a great time. The flat feels historic apartment with its exposed beams it was light with natural light coming in from lots of different directions. That was very special. near the Louvre. It was roomy enough for us, and its location near the Louvre made sightseeing easy. Highly recommended for a value for money stay in this lovely city

Perfect location for a variety of activities accessible by foot. - Metro is one block away. -The local market is right outside your door on Thursdays and Sundays. - Shopping, food, the Lourvre...all within walking distance! If walking or climbing stairs is not your thing, then this is not your location. Marcelle's is the best cafe (!).

Fantastic launching point to explore Paris

We had a fantastic stay at the Louvre apartment. It started with an unbelievable location that allowed us to explore Paris easily. The neighbourhood has great restaurants and cafes. We read through James' restaurant recommendations and had amazing meals and experiences. Great Location & Wonderful Property!

This property is fantastic for families or couples looking to visit Paris. We had 2 adults and 3 children and fit well with the accommodations. Its location is fantastic - within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Sant Chappelle and a two minute walk to one of the main metro stations in all of Paris. We were able to get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. In addition, the neighborhood and streets immediately next to the property have a myriad of shops and restaurants that make finding local cuisine very easy. Overall it was a fantastic experience and a property we would recommend to stay at.

Really central

We all really enjoyed this place. There is no elevator but the building is charming, you really feel Parisian - narrow but nice staircase - beams, carpet, beams. Well equipped and in a fanstastic neighborhood. That made seeing the attractions easy. James and his staff at Pad A Terre were easy to deal with and super helpful. We’d definitely return!

Location, location, location

The location could not be beat. Booking went smoothly and communication was excellent. A truly authentic Paris apartment …which includes 73 steps and a narrow hallway. We loved this property but it is for those who are ambulatory and know how to pack light! We would definitely look for it again when we return. Thank you!

Paris gem for families and friends

Highly recommended! The apartment is in the heart of a lively neighbourhood, with restaurants, cafes, historic sites, and shopping all within just a 5-minute stroll away. The seamless check-in process not only put our minds at ease but also added to the overall comfort and security of our stay. Combine that with the spacious and impeccably clean interior and it's great. James and his team at Pad A Terre were really reactive and easy to deal with. That really made this a great holiday.

Location is the best

Really good place to stay in Paris. Our trip went far too quickly. We are a family of 6, location was outstanding and it was a good size for us. Outstanding value for money. Pad A Terre 3 bedroom properties were outside our own budget. No complaints. We all loved everything. We plan to come back to Paris again soon and would not heist to stay in the same apartment. Great - just as advertised!

We had a super holiday at "Louvre". The apartment was exactly as-advertised. Very comfortable beds. I stayed there with my wife , and 5 kids. Honesty for what we paid it was a bargain. We could not afford Pad A Terre's 3 bedroom so this was a great compromise. Great lively safe area near the metro. There is a grocery store below, lots of traditional shops nearby and a street market. James was on the ball replying and communicating and was fun to deal with! Thanks for a really good stay.

Central Paris

This apartment is in a truly outstanding location. There is abundance of restaurants, shops, various tourist attractions within easy distance, and transport options. Communication with the owner/staff was excellent. The apartment is very small, even on Parisian standards. Guests should be aware that the stairs up to the apartment Are extremely tight and steep. We struggled to get full-size suitcases up and down. There is also a very difficult set of stairs within the apartment, leading up to the two bedrooms and bathroom.
