Good but not quite great

Overall, a good experience. Great location and value. Could use more and better pillows. The kids on the couch ended up using couch cushions instead of the small and flat pillows provided; downstairs was better but still lacking. The cave was very unique. It took a few trips on the stairs in the floor to get the hang of it, but no problems after that. Musty smell in the cave and bathroom, despite at least 9 air fresheners and a dehumidifier. Very quiet, no road or people noise. Super close to groceries, crepes, sandwiches, and pizza.

Bel emplacement mais propriétaire malhonnête

Arrivée prévue le vendredi soir. En appelant le midi pour organiser l’arrivée du soir, le propriétaire signale que l’appartement est déjà loué pour cette soirée, il n’a pas fait attention et a loué 2 fois. De fait il propose soit d’annuler le séjour ou rembourser la nuit non effectuée. Nous avons opté pour la deuxième option et accepté d’arriver le samedi matin. Le séjour effectué, le propriétaire refuse de rembourser la nuit que lui même a annulé car nous n’avons pas signalé la présence de chiens, ce en quoi il a raison. Il n’empêche qu’il s’était malgré tout engagé à rembourser. Malgré les échanges de messages, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué ces 2 derniers mois et Abritel ne fait rien pour régler la situation. Abritel a pris sa commission pour laquelle ils s’engagent sur un service qu’ils n’apportent pas. Je ne ferai plus appel à ce site qui justifie ce que je considère comme du vol et une arnaque.
