So convenient!

Place was just perfect for my two adult daughters and me. Very clean, so close to metro and grocery. We loved our stay and will use Sweet Inn when we travel to other destinations! Merci!

Unfortunately, the digital keys technology did not work. We were locked out several times and had to wait between 1.5 and 2 hours to get back into the apartment. On the last day we no longer dared leaving the building. Apartments needs some maintenance to fix broken lights, drawers, wall sockets etc. Liked: spacious and bright accommodation over two floors. Metro and bus stops on the door step. View of Porte Saint Denis.

Unit Needs Help

There was one utensil in the drawer, a soup ladle. It had pots and pans, cutting board, etc. however, no way to use them. Sent email stating this to "Sweet Inn" and heard nothing in return. If someone from their staff would spend one night in their until I am certain the cheapness of the furniture and amenities would be upgraded. Awfully expensive for how cheap everything in the unit was. The location is next to a central Metro Hub which is great. Also, we felt completely safe in the neighborhood as well. The management was less than responsive and did not keep to their commitment. We had requested a early check-in due to arriving at 8:00 am and traveling with an 83 year old family member. Were told if no one was in unit the day before the would be happy to accommodate however, I would have to email the day of??? You could see by bookings online that it had not been rented. So I emailed they day of and they let us enter at 2:00 pm instead of 4:00. In addition to this you do not get access to the address of the building until you give your credit card for an additional security deposit and cleaning deposit.

Perfekter Ort, schwieriger Check In

Sehr gute Lage im Multikulti-Viertel, Metro-Station um die Ecke, ebenso zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants etc.Saubere Wohnung mit tollem Blick und guten Betten, entspricht der Beschreibung; Beleuchtung verbesserungswürdig; Zugang per Online-Code.Vorab Verifizierung der Buchung auch nach zahlreichen Versuchen inkl. Telefonaten mit Sweett und FeWo direkt unmöglich, was sehr nervig war.

fewo-direkt oder sweetinn??

mit fewo-direkt hat bis anhin jedesmal alles ausgezeichnet geklappt und es gab kaum etwas zu beanstanden. aber jetzt mit sweetinn war das anders! versprochener zugangscode/wohnung bei eintreffen an der haustüre - eine falschinfo! zwei tefonnummern bei problemen - waren ratlos!! erst charlotte konnte weiterhelfen: sie brachte uns nach 40min.wartezeit die hausschlüssel!!! wohnung hübsch, modern eingerichtet, hell und sehr ruhig im 5.sock mit lift. aber einige schadhafte stellen am kunststoffparkett, an den roten küchenmöbeln und an der wand/wohnraum. ebenso in den schubladenmöbeln/1.stock. schade: das macht einen schlechten eindruck. im lift schwingt ein unangenehmer geruch mit (abwasser?). fewo-direkt: ja. sweetin: nein, nein, danke.

Good location, but overpriced.

Good location just across from train station. However, the remote for the upstairs television was completely broken and the TV inoperable. Additionally, there was no coffee in the apartment despite the description stating otherwise. The bathrooms had an odor although they appeared otherwise clean.
