This special home is in the heart of Paris, located in the Latin Quarter (5th) overlooking the Seine and Ile de la Cite, and a stone's throw from the grand Notre Dame Cathedral. Recently renovated, this charming apartment boasts 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. With 2 bathrooms one equipped with a bath and sink and the other a marble shower and sink with two separate WCs. There is a large living room and separate dining room. This 2nd floor Hausmann apartment has tall ceilings and air conditioning. Double glazed windows provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Close to the Louvre, Pantheon, the Marais, Sorbonne and St. Germain. The peaceful ambiance of the space, along with modern conveniences like WiFi and a combo washer/dryer, and very close proximity to the RER and Metro, make for an enjoyable stay. -- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tub. Hairdryer
-- 2 separate WCs
-- Large entry closet with iron and ironing board
-- Currently, no elevator access

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by professional housekeeper.
