This apartment is perfect for a family, We traveled with three kids, and although it might be small in comparison to other cities, it is spacious for Paris, The location is central and within walking distance to the metro and other attractions, Even though the keys are not on the premises, following the provided instructions makes it easy to retrieve them, I would highly recommend this apartment,
