Unfortunately when we arrived the reception area seemed to be having a rennovation and was therefore quite cluttered and dusty with wires showing from where electronics/desks etc were being moved. We arrived around 22:00 and the staff said they were changing over and we needed to wait before we could check in. This seemed slightly inconvenient but we were however offered hot drinks while we waited and the staff were very apologetic about this and otherwise very friendly and welcoming. The lift was quite dirty and noisy/rattling going up in it which seemed disconcerting and one day did not work at all. As well as this the room it self was quite small with some mould in the shower. The bed was comfortable however and we didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall an average stay but slightly better priced than other central hotels in Paris.

We had a fabulous stay. The location was really convenient for Metro & the train station meaning exploring Paris was easy. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfy beds, excellent air conditioning, great shower with good water pressure. Lovely view from the room. We would absolutely book this hotel again.

I regret staying at the Timhotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel lacks the amenities for a comfortable stay. The beds aren't comfortable and are too hard, the lift is very small and shakes when you're using it. The TV doesn't work properly and all the channels are in French. Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Decent property if you need a place to sleep while visiting Paris. Don't expect too much from the hotel. Lady at service desk challenged me.about whether breakfast was part of my room and board, even though I had paid for it, at the point of check in. There was also no working safe in my room. Hotel staff played games with me when I asked about the safe. The breakfast is decent. Hotel location is close to all major transport, including to Charles DeGaulle Airport. Oko A ( Chicago) H

Well located hotel with nice polite staff. However, the rooms are tiny, the window has no view (looked into a fire escape with no sight of the sky) and the overall condition is a bit worn down

A good place for an overnight when I had an early train to catch. Very nice area 5 minutes from the hotel, walk towards the canal. Room was comfortable and staff friendly.

Excellent location for a tourist visit in Paris. Great starting point for multiple landmarks as the train station is just around the corner. Most destinations were just one train ride. The twin room was tight but we were primarily only there to sleep and shower. Definitely will consider staying next trip.

Hotel area is ok but very dark and noisy at night. Rooms are extremely small. They do cleaning every day, but bed sheets are changed every other day or three days. Breakfast is limited for the price. Staff is very friendly.

The room was clean, but really small. The bathroom was barely large enough to stand in. There was an elevator, but only for one person. Ok if you need to stay by the train station, but very minimal.

The was not open when came to Paris, and then they moved us to another location and it was dirty and out of the way from the other hotel. The one we booked the photos looked new with clean rooms. The new one had blood on the carpet and dirty walls.

Very nice room. Staff helpful and friendly. Very close to the train station—less than a 5 minute walk. There are very nice restaurants down the street. There is also a garden and a canal down the street. Great stay!
