Centrally located on the Ile Saint-Louis, probably the most exclusive Parisian coin, This very special duplex is a short walking distance from many major sites such as Louvre, Notre Dame and Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
The apartment is on rue Saint-Louis-en-l'île, street that crosses the entire length of the island. There is a well-equipped market and a choice of pâtisseries, wine and cheese shops, and the famous Parisian ice cream icon Berthillon.
This duplex cosy flat at the 4th floor via stairs. Downstairs there's a small living room (entrance hall, dining table, sofa, cupboard, fitted kitchen), bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). In the attic mezzanine: double bed (140 x 200 cm) and single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave oven, fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
It can accommodate 3 people max.
