This former embroidery workshop that worked for the biggest French haute couture brands has been entirely converted into a luxurious apartment that can accommodate up to 13 guests.

The 92m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor, and consists of a large living room with an open kitchen
4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, and 1 additional bathroom with toilet.

In order to welcome you in the best possible health conditions, our apart'hotels are meticulously cleaned and disinfected
Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with Afnor standard masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and soap.

We offer FREE access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm.
You can book your time slot at our agency at 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris

The common areas are clean but in poor condition

We are happy to inform you that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

ATTENTION: parties are strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate termination without compensation and on the spot. No noise tolerated.

Un grand appartement, tes fonctionnel, pouer environ 10 personnes mais qu un jeu de clefs ! Un seul jeu de clefs pour autant de personnes prĂ©sentent c est une aberration......Nous avons eu un incident nessitant un passage aux urgences Ă  Minuit aprĂšs un restaurant, obligĂ©s d attendre le groupe accompagnant jusqu'Ă  2 h pour leur ouvrir la porte ! CompliquĂ© ! Sinon propretĂ© moyenne mais acceptable, confort ok et proche du mĂ©tro. Équipe Ă  l Ă©coute si besoin d Ă©quipements matĂ©riel. Merci

Wir waren in der Wohnung (Angaben der Agentur:) 81-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paris Luxe Sebastopol (Bd de Sebastopol,135,Paris). ZunĂ€chst funktionierte alles gut mit der Agentur; auch wenn fĂŒr das Unterstellen der Koffer fĂŒr wenige Stunden jeweils 5 Euro unverschĂ€mt sind. Die ersten Minuten machte die Wohnung einen relativ vernĂŒnftigen Eindruck, bis uns die erste KAKERLAKE im KĂŒchenschrank ansah! Sie befanden sich in der KĂŒche, aber auch im ersten Bad, selten in den Schlafzimmern. Das Problem zog sich regelmĂ€ĂŸig ĂŒber den gesamten Aufenthalt. Es gab ferner eine weitere KĂ€ferart und Ameisen. Der Zustand, vor allem der KĂŒche, war einfach nur widerwertig! Die Kakerlaken saßen zwischen den Tellern im Geschirrschrank! Des Weiteren waren die SchubfĂ€cher und SchrĂ€nke dreckig. Ratte im Innenhof gesehen. Die Treppe des Hausflures ist eine Zumutung. Die Treppe ist abgedeckt, um vermutlich den katastrophalen Zustand und die in den Bewertungen teilweise beschriebenen Spuren zu verbergen. Es riecht widerlich! Der Umgang der Agentur mit Kritik stellt sich im Nachhinein ebenfalls als katastrophal dar! Auf Argumente wird nicht eingegangen (tote und getrocknete Kakerlake an der Wand und auf dem Fußboden!). Ich kann weder diese Wohnung, auf keinen Fall diese Agentur empfehlen, die offenbar lediglich profitorientiert ist! Es liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass diese in betrĂŒgerischer Absicht handelt, indem sie die Mieter ĂŒber den tatsĂ€chlichen Zustand der Wohnung(en) nicht korrekt aufklĂ€rt bzw. bewusst tĂ€uscht!
