Staffing was terrible. We paid for 3 night and front desk asked me to leave on the 2nd night because we don’t speak French. If we don’t she threaten us to call police. We asked for refund for the last night and she refused.

Therefore, we provided alternative options for the third person, as we were fully booked and unable to offer another room.Mentioning involving the police would only be necessary if you did not refrain from taking photos against our colleague's wishes.Regarding languages spoken, Paris being a very international city, we are pleased to welcome guests in English as needed.I remain entirely at your disposal for any further explanations at: reception@hotelxoparis.comBest Regards,

Amazing property with the best staff ever. The Sunday night check in with Ollie was great, but every day and night the reception staff went way beyond my expectations. This hotel is beautifully remodeled in a quaint neighborhood. The lobby decor and hotel room are so quaint. The breakfast is a fantastic way to start the day. I was so comfortable here. It is now my official “go to place” in Paris. 5 stars!!

Despite been on a central busy area, and the room on ground floor, it was quiet and no disturbance over night Breakfast had good variety, and everything was super clean. Front desk lady, very helpful and polite, definitely coming back.

Lovely clean hotel in a good location
Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Nice, friendly staff and located in a good spot. Easy to walk to shops and attractions. We would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic staff at front desk and buffet. This hotel's location is great and very quiet. The buffet is delicious and plentiful. East walk to everything or just an easy metro ride. I would definitely go back.

Just Be Careful !!!!
I usually travel over 4 months per year. I must admit I was NEVER treated SO BADLY! It is clear that this hotel,doesn’t understand what is HOSPITALITY Industry about! To begin, my room wasn’t ready when I wanted to check in at 3.00 pm. I had to come back at around 5.00 pm to access my room. At around midnight on our first night at the Hotel there was just no one at the reception desk. That created a serious insecurity feeling. Upon check out, although I am a gold member that allows me to leave slightly later, and whiteout any warning from the reception, I left the hotel an hour and 28 minutes passed 12.00 pm, I was rudely charged 100 euro penalty for being late, which is about 50% of cost of the room per day! Please be Extremely careful about this DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Firstly, the customer service from the concierges at the front desk was brilliant. The room was beautifully decorated, and had all amenities required. bed was huge and super comfortable. Heating control worked perfectly. In the room there was a coffee machine with 2 espresso pods provided every day, a hair dryer, all toiletries, laundry bag service. Breakfast was perfect for us. Lots of amazing pastries, and condiments (small jars of absolutely everything you could wish for, including nutella!). different types of cold meats, 3 different cheeses, plenty of bread options. There was even an egg boiler for you to make boiled eggs just as you like them, as well as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Fruit juice, fresh fruit, coffee, yoghurts- the list goes on! Finally, the location of the hotel was brilliant, a 5 minute walk from the metro stop and multiple bus stops. There are also some lovely bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk from the restaurant- we loved the Italian restaurant Bacino down the road.

Disappointing - At least it was one night only
My room didn't look at all like the picture of a premium room! First, my shower was located right next to my bed, with a separate little room with a toilette and the smallest sink ever, which is probably used normally for washing hands only while in a bathroom but definitely not for a a regular use of a bathroom sink! Room is that small that not even a table with a chair so had to work fitted on my bed, not very comfy for a busy trip! Disappointing breakfast (probably due to Covid but still for 19 euros, I have preferred to go to a bakery). Walls are paper thin too so definitely not the best restful night of sleep! Definitely an ok hotel for cleanliness and the area but not worth what I spent for a "premium" room. Will not come back, sorry.

Great except for room by the lift
My only criticism is that I was put in a room right next to the lift so had the buzz of that during the evening and starting early in the morning. Next time I know which room not to request!

A charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood that was just a walking distance away from all the tourist spots. Not many bakeries and cafes open during the summer but still just close enough good dinner spots. The rooms are pretty large, clean and nicely decorated, and even come with an espresso machine packed with plenty of espresso pods. The staff is very nice and helpful. There’s cute wine dispensers all around if you have a hankering for wine any time of day or night.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable - as was the entire neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised how the hotel arranged our room with a connection to the room our children were in. I also enjoyed the seating areas off the lobby. They made a great spot to talk and plan our adventures, The brunch just downstairs in the morning was good and super easy (Yoseph was excellent - fast / responsive). The metro and bus were a short walk away making it very easy to get to the monuments and museums. We all highly recommend this hotel.

For our anniversary trip to Paris, it was perfect
Anniversary trip for me and my spout, so this needed to be special— and it definitely was. Neighborhood, hotel amenities and service were first-rate. Extras like the amazing breakfast buffet were very pleasant surprises.

No AC, still worth it!
The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and very fluent in many languages. Our room was nice and clean, but a little small. There was no AC, but it was still in a great location.

We loved this hotel! It's in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 15 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and all spoke English very well. Our room was very clean every day. Great WIFI. Great service.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was excellent, making our stay through 42 degrees celsius weather comfortable. The only things we didnt enjoy was that our shower head was broken and the issue wasnt resolved.

Amazing Stay!!
The whole experience surpassed my expectations. Not only the rooms are lovely and comfortable, but also the staff will make you feel like home. Boutique, clean, spacious and warm. Anything you need, they’ll help you out with no problem. Also the neighborhood is perfect and very close to central areas like the Tour Eiffel and the Arc of the Triumph. 100% recommended!!

I booked here because of the good reviews and it didn’t disappoint. They do not have s restaurant or pool, but their rooms are clean and comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. There is a great bakery around the corner and it is within walking distance to the Arc de’ Triumph. We’d stay there again.
