We really loved the location and overall the property was clean but this hotel does not have regular amenities. We were there for 7 nights and they came to clean one time. It could have been twice and that would have been helpful. The elevator on the property broke down twice during our stay. It was fixed within about 6 hours but 2 times we had to climb up the 7 flights in a spiral staircase and go down twice and pass a family with their stroller they were dragging up with almost no room to do so. The elevator scared me and I was sure we were going to get stuck. Overall if I could stay on the second floor I would do it again. The staff I was in contact with were very helpful and kind. Oh also if you want a flat sheet you may want to request two in advance. They don’t fit the bed.

Very clean. Good communication. Great location. Outside of the apartment there are cafes, bistros, bakeries, metro and bus stations, grocery stores and almost anything you would need. Also very close to a lot popular sights, we walked everywhere or took the nearby metro. Weekend nights got a bit rowdy on the street, but we knew what to expect with the amount of great food and drink options outside. We couldn’t have stayed in a better place.

Clean, modern (electric shutters were a nice touch), spacious (1 bdrm apt), and amazing location. Close to metro and RER (1 stop from Gare du Nord), close to a ridiculous amount of restaurants, large grocery around the corner, and 5 min walk to the louvre. Would definitely stay here again.

The 10AM checkout - which is non-negotiable - is a real bummer. If it was 12pm then 5 stars, if it was extendable, then 5 stars, if it was extendable for a fee then also OK. But 10AM is far to early for a check-out. Otherwise property is fantastic.

Great stay at Yuna
We loved this neighborhood as it was very vibrant. Unfortunately it was fairly loud with the windows open so we had to leave them closed when sleeping. The apartment was small but nicer than a single hotel room. We were on the top floor so had no real view out the windows unless we stood next to them (due to the angle of the roof.) Communication was excellent but our door code didn't work and we were lucky that someone was in the building to help us get it reset. That could have been a huge issue when we were dropping off our luggage. But I would gladly stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends heading to Paris. The metro was very close by for excursions. And there's a wonderful boulangerie almost right next door!

Yuna Serviced Apartment provided NO services. No fresh towel changed, No room cleaning, No new supplies of coffee capsules and tea bags, Nothing! As a family of 5 (including 3 kids), we had a great stay at Yunas! The apartment staff were in contact with with before we arrived, to make sure we were all set to arrive and book ourselves into the apartment. We had the option of dropping off our luggage after arriving at the airport, but we’re were able to book in early and start our stay straight which was great - especially when it came to settling in the kids. The apartment has a great view of Parisian life and lots of stores close by. There’s a ‘supermarche’ close by that had all the grocery items we needed for the apartment. We were a short Uber ride away from the Eiffel Tower & the Louvre. The river cruise was perfect. The Yunas staff were great and gave us advice about the best places to eat locally and even lent us plug adapters for our chargers. We’ll definitely be staying at Yunas when we return in the new year!

This place was in a great location, close to the RER(metro station) and right next to a thriving happy hour/food scene, tons of shopping, and only seven minute walk to the Lourve. The apartment was perfect for our stay, comfortable bed, hot water with great pressure, and the staff were wonderful in responding quickly. We locked ourselves out without our codes and they remotely unlocked us right away. There are two spots right outside the entry to rent bikes, which I would recommend, we saw all of Paris easily with them. Also, there is a cafe right outside the front door, two shops down, that has wonderful croissants. Another bonus, they have electronic blackout shutters that are unreal. This was great when we needed a quick nap during the day. There were just two of us, and we were only there 4 days, but it was perfect size for us, and very clean. Only small thing, there was some pipe noise that was fairly consistent, and the walls were a bit thin. This was no issue for us because we brought a small fan and used white noise on our phone, but worth mentioning so others can come prepared.

Good news and bad news
The good news first: The location is super-convenient for transportation, including to the airports, the metro, and buses. The premises are very clean, the bed on what I think are foam mattresses is good, two pillows per person are welcome, the fully-enclosed shower is good, and the kitchen has 4 of each of dishes, glasses, and cutlery'. The electric kettle works well. There is wi-fi in the building although with the wrong password instructions. Bad news: the fridge went off every night. Someone came to inspect it and pushed the same button I'd been pushing to reactivate the cold, but the fridge kept going off, with the potential to ruin your food if you don't keep checking it often. The bathroom sink is on such a narrow shelf that the long faucet protrudes into the very shallow sink, making various operations difficult. The toilet seat cover was a badly-installed flimsy plastic object that thus cracked by the 4th day of our visit. The air-conditioning, like the fridge, goes on and off unreliably. There were no instructions for using anything--a/c, microwave, coffee pod machine, or anything else except wi-fi with the wrong password. One can call the management (The present owner may live on the ground floor but one can't be sure) but to no avail as the fridge problem proved. The name on the front door is not YUNA. It's the name of an older owner. I think. Stay here only if you can tolerate the bad news. Clean & convenient may be most important to you.

This space was tiny, but very usable! Loved the mini kitchen and bar that allowed me to have a quick dinner in my hotel and get out to an appointment after a long journey. The bathroom was lovely and I could actually turn around in the shower. And you can't beat the location.

Perfect location for a family with teens. Two separate rooms could feel like one large room in day because of windows but private at night. Loved black out shutters and nearly noise proof windows on a boisterous street. Greatly appreciated the espresso machine, large towels with warming rack, small refrigerator and comfortable sofa bed. Location is superb. Small balcony was a treat! Great home base for our travels.

I really wanted to like this property. The location is great, choice of restaurants within easy walking distance and the subway less than a minute walk. It was the interior of the hotel that left much to be desired. Leaving the elevator into a very small black painted entrance with 2 room doors and the door to the stairs and an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room we were greeted with a musty, moldy smell. We noticed the floor and baseboards showed that there had been a water damage in the past. The room itself was not as clean as we would like but again we thought it maybe was not used in a while and dust had collected. We opened the window to air the room out, leaving it open while we slept. My husband got up to use the bathroom and there was a terrible sewer smell coming from the shower drain. Thinking the shower trap had dried out he ran hot water in the drain adding dish soap when he realized it required more help. That was when we noticed a clump of hair wrapped around the roller for the shower door. When he used the toilet the ##2 flusher did not work. He used the #1 flusher and received toilet water spray on him and the floor. We discussed this with the receptionist next morning and was assured these would be looked after and the room was cleaned throughly every day. Long story shorter we were left with the smells, the toilet that sprayed everwhere when flushed and the shower hair for the duration of the stay.

Amazing location and very convenient, easy check in . The appartement was clean and had everything you could need. The neighborhood is a bit noisy so too loud to open windows at night, but thankfully there is AC.

The property is excellently located for tourist, you can reach a lot of interesting places within walking distance, and it’s very close to metro station. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful, we had trouble getting to Gare du Nord station on the day of leaving, the lady helped us with calling the Cab at the last minute! Plus, the rooms are very clean and tidy, windows with double sealing so it was very quiet at night!

The location was just perfect. Many restaraunts and pubs within walking distance. Notre Dame is within about 15 mins walking distance as well. Loved the two story structure which gave us plenty of space for our family of 5 (all adults). Definitely would go back we visit Paris again.

I like this apartment cos is in district 2/3 where is near to shopping area. I dislike cos of the size of apartment - small for 5 of us; only 2 bedrooms and my dad has to sleep on the couch-bed (not comfortable for big size guy)

The property is okay. The pictures definitely make it look better than it is. The area is lively, even a bit too much for us (lots of strange behavior by pedestrians outside our apartment) especially traveling with 3 teens. There are just so many fantastic areas of Paris, we’d likely select something a bit more central in the future. The property was clean & overall, for Europe, spacious.

great location, the rook is beautiful, the bed & pillows are really comfortable, shower works great too. only that there’s a constant non-stop high frequency noise coming from the fan/ ventilation/ whatever it was, which the receptionist said they’re fully aware of and suggested to buy earbuds for sleep. i still managed to sleep as i only slept 3 hours the day before, but i’d imagine on a normal night it’d be too noisy. and the toilet lid was broken and it could not be kept open during use, it’d just keep falling onto my back when i was sitting on the toilet if i didn’t keep my hand behind to push it up

Spacious in a fantastic location
