The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. A second, powder bathroom is also conveniently located in the hallway just off the entrance and on the way to the fabulous, open layout kitchen, living, and dining area for easy access. 

Arrive at the end of the hall and find yourself in the stunning, completely-remodeled kitchen space with its granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet and counter space. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared pool and hot tub as well as parking for two vehicles. One vehicle may park in the unit's designated spot, while a second vehicle may park in any guest parking space or clubhouse parking space. Please note that parking passes are required.

The Neighborhood:
This condo's incredible location is an outdoor lover's paradise, placing you just minutes' walk from the Silver Star Lift and base of Park City Mountain Resort as well as hiking trails such as Dawn's Trail, Armstrong Trail, and Silver Spur Trail. You can play a round of golf at the nearby Park City Golf Resort and then explore the countless shops, breweries, restaurants, and galleries in the Old Town and Main Street historic district, just an easy, 5-minute drive away. Getting Around:
This home provides incredible access to all that Park City has to offer - and most of it is within short walking and driving distance. • 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
