"The room was clean and had everything needed for the stay, including dishes and supplies. We got everything would expect from the press. I want to suggest the management however, to get better pillows and new bedding sheets."

"Great extra clean hotel with spacious clean rooms. Walking distance to shopping and the Valencia Central park area. About 10 minutes ride to the beach or the old town quick is wonderful. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"Our first trip to Valencia was wonderful. The location was away from tourists yet close to neighborhood eateries, with the market steps from the flat. Enrique was our warm point of contact and Julia was our “guide” to access the flat and answer questions. They are honest and kind, willing to go beyond the normal hostessing. We left a baggie with currency and private card information at the flat and Julia contacted us with a photo of items. That’s honesty. She offered to mail it to our home address. Above and beyond hostessing I’d say."

"Everything was great, the inly thing was the breakfast was a little expensive and you had to pay extra to use the spa which I think should be included in the stay. Other than that it was lovely and clean with helpful staff."

"Lovely apartment right on the beach with a patio - partially covered - with comfortable table and chair settings - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and for an evening glass of wine! Lacking a couple amenities, e.g., shampoo, conditioner, shower gel; salt/pepper; and I recommend bringing your own beach towel. But otherwise no complaints at all and the customer service was excellent. We highly recommend!"

"Stayed two nights and resort was beautiful. However, they charged me for bar costs which I didn’t use. They only gave me partial credit. I paid a high price for two nights to be charged for additional costs. Room service prices were over priced. Bar tapas were simple. I would not recommend"

"Access to a rly nice spacious gym. And pool below. Didn’t use the pool but did use the gym. A lot of events happen here so yea it does get packed."
