The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The only suggestion is that they could provide two bottles of water per day instead of two for the entire stay."

"This is my third stay at this property when I am in Madrid. For me its one of the best hotels for short stays in Madrid, location is unbeatable, center of Madrid. Being a guest there you have access to the 365 rooftop, which is amazing. Room was clean and the view to Plaza España from my room was the best. Breakfast was also very good as always. If its in your budget, you need to consider this hotel, its not cheapest out there but for me it worth the price!! "

"I love this hotel, is close to everything and also you walk outside and there is a train station to go everywhere. The hotel was very clean, I had a good streets view and the staff was very friendly always happy to help. I took the train to go to the airport, to the Real Madrid stadium and more places and is very safe. 100% recommend for everyone."
