"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. The hotel was shockingly dirty from the moment I walked in. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had visible grime, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been properly washed. To make matters worse, there were crawling insects in the room — not just one, but multiple. That alone made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. The furniture was in terrible condition.
