"We stayed here twice on our three week vacation in Thailand. I intentionally didn’t book a hotel the last few days of the trip to give us flexibility, but we enjoyed our first stay here so much we decided to spend the last few days here too. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Front desk and bellman staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We made use of the facilities, including the pool, kids game room, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna. Everything was very clean and tidy and well maintained. On the first stay, we had a rental car and the hotel offered free, secure parking in their garage. On the second stay, we didn’t have a car but the hotel has a free shuttle to the nearby Thong Lo (Thonglor) BTS station. We also found the businesses in the vicinity of the property to be excellent (hair salons, bars, restaurants, massage facilities). I hope to stay here again if we go back to Bangkok. "

"Beautiful. Beautiful hotel! The staff were great instantly treated us with hospitality. When we first arrived instead of standing in line we were greeted and told to sit down. We signed the paperwork at the table and got our room keys. The pool was our kids’ favorite, and the beautiful sunset views. The morning breakfast was fantastic they have all different options. We fell in love and ended up coming back to stay the last 3 nights of our vacation. We are definitely planning our next trip back to Bangkok already."
