Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Last minute i was told that booking cancelled due to wrong booking by system. I could not get booking and had to wander on roads. Finally premier inn receptionist allowed us to sit at restaurant corner table from 11pm to 6am. I got compensation of 458pounds. But the expert was terrible. Ur system needs fix.
