All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. There was a variety of delicious food at the hotel and also other options outside. Parking was in a free park a short walk from the hotel which was safe.

Good location.

Good central location. Close to pubs and supermarket. Cape Cornwall within walking distance. Staff very helpful and polite. All of whom were really friendly towards the dogs. Great thank you for that. Hotel itself is best described as rustic and characterful.

Pub was okay, 1 guy serving locals and sorting checkin Mattress was very very poor quality Overall okay to crash for a night if you've had a few drinks

Very old type room, tap water was too hot, need some maintenance require, nothing near from this hotel, they are very slow, and it is bit expansive and no facility’s there, Evan in hot weather they doesn’t have fan, and no customer service, and no room service, would rather book other hotels. This is simply bed & breakfast room like small old motel not hotel.

The property both in the rooms and the restaurant are needing a little tlc I understand it's a pub but also trading as a hotel. Whilst I get breakfast waste is a problem for businesses I feel they could offer more on the selection of food offered at the table.

There was no parking available at the property and we needed to walk through the pub to get to our accommodation. There was also no working fan in the bathroom so very steamy and damp. The room was small but comfortable.

Very friendly service

staff very friendly. We were even able to check in early. Though the town is a bit off the beaten path, there was bus service we used to visit two towns. I will definitely be back

Room was poorly maintained, and I encountered spiders on the bed. Despite raising the issue multiple times, there was no room service. Additionally, the hotel lacked designated parking. The only positive aspect of my stay was the good breakfast
