"We loved everything about the carriage house, It was just as described, but what was harder to appreciate from the listing was just how peaceful and lovely the setting is. I’m not normally a hot tub person, but it was just great after a day exploring Cornwall. Communication and check in were great and our host couldn’t have been more helpful. One thing to note: the little road leading to the carriage house is quite rutted from farm equipment, so having an SUV or higher suspension is advised. It worked fine for our compact SUV, but with a low-slung car, it might be tricky. I’d love to return some day for more good, local hiking along the cliffs, ideally not during the height of summer holidays, when traffic and crowds at popular places can be a bit much!"

"We loved our stay at the Mews. Comfortable, well-equipped and good quality furnishings. Secure garden for the dog. The welcome pack including scones, jam and cream was very much appreciated. Ian was also very helpful. Great location for exploring Cornwall, although surrounding access lanes very narrow for bigger cars. Would definitely recommend."
Beautiful Country House by Perranporth Beach

"What an amazing period property to stay at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and great at responding to any questions we had.The house was clean and ready early for our arrival. There were plenty of things to do in the house, even being able to try your hand at mastering the saxophone. The grounds are vast and have a stunning display of flora and fauna (most of which can only grow in Cornwall's climate). The area is extremely peaceful, even the chickens were quiet, bonus of fresh eggs each morning helps too. Being in walking distance of the village to through the new Saints Trail but far enough out to enjoy the peace and tranqulity.We will be returning at some point, maybe even to move into the area permanently. "
