"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "Das Hotel liegt super zentral und bietet einiges an Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit warmen Decken ausgestattet. Das Bad hat schön heißes Wasser. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wird speziell für einen auf Wunsch zubereitet. Einen Stern Abzug weil die Fenster verzogen sind und sich dadurch nicht komplett schließen lassen. Dadurch war es insbesondere nachts sehr laut."
