"The stay was great. The area was nice nothing to complain about but our shower. The tub was clogged and it was too late to do anything about it. Had to wait a while for the water to drain before my husband could shower. We stayed here because of a wedding so didn’t have much time to do anything about this. Told the front staff about the issue when we were checking out but they didn’t care to offer any compensation or discount for the clogged tub. Just a little disappointed."

"Having the bedroom plus loft was a great option for us, as we needed a place to stay with our adult daughter before a flight. The loft provided privacy and separation without needing a second booking. Everything inside was great. The landscaping was struggling and looking worse for wear, as it hadn’t been watered all summer. Trees looked like they were failing; it would be a shame to lose them. Breakfast was generous with plenty of protein options. Many cultures represented and there was some confusion about the flow and how to queue, but plenty for all."

"This is a really nice boutique hotel! I love the area adjacent to the lobby. It is the perfect place to sit and chat, relax, or work if you need to get out of your room. The bikes are a nice amenity for guests, and the bathrobes were also a welcome treat. We only had one minor inconvenience that the staff took care of promptly. I would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was quiet, clean and all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice, although the pool didn’t seem heated (I thought I saw that it was but I could be mistaken). It was still nice after being in the hot tub. The only thing I didn’t necessarily like…the bed is rock hard. Like there is zero give to the mattress. At all. Which, after walking around San Jose all day, I didn’t feel like my body relaxed at all because the bed is so rigid. My partner didn’t mind it. He thought it was just fine. It helped that their pillows were decent. Overall, nice hotel, good price, decent location."
