"Was beautiful room we were in 122 it overlooked the plaza where people were shopping and dining. Chilling on the balcony was so enjoyable. Room had beds for 3, my 7 year old never sleeps in his bed so we had 4 people in the room, this was a corner room so window in bathroom and balcony air flowed well through room with both open, I’m hot all the time this is important for me. Staff was delightful!!! So nice they held our bags before the room was ready and after we Checked out. Happy hour bar had the best lemon spritzers! Gave snacks for the kids. Very centrally located in the heart of the happenings! "

"The stuff is phenomenal, location cannot be beat, nice relaxing pool on the roof (perfect temperature!). As many pointed out, the gym is small - I really wish they had at least one other elliptical - but it was well air-conditioned, a real rarity in Europe! Most importantly, the hotel has onsite valet parking that functions well - we didn’t have to wait long for a car at all. Now, try to find that in Sorrento! We stayed for a week - wished we stayed longer."

"From the moment we stepped in to this hotel we were blown away. The staff were superb and the unexpected upgrade to sea view took our breath away (and was very much appreciated). This was our first trip abroad as a couple in over 20 years and everything about this hotel made it very very special. The decor, location, breakfast, amazing staff and sea views. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back. Highly recommended. "
