"Our stay here was lovely. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful (and the hairdryer in the room was better than my one at home). The cut through made it a really easy walk to the shops, bars & restaurants and station and there was a shuttle available too. "Our stay was amazing here at Sorrento Queen. It was our first time visiting Italy and Sorrento specifically, and we felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The music in the bathroom was actually an appreciated feature, and the messaging from staff in both the room itself and externally to welcome us was professional and welcoming.
