"It wasn't bad, but reducing 1 star because given the price point I would expect a much better breakfast (the omelet maker was putting such a small amount of toppings, baked goods tasted stale) and better pigeon control in the breakfast area. Apart from that it was conveniently located and it served as a good base to explore Sorrento and Amalfi."

"This is an older grand hotel which sits directly overlooking the Gulf of Naples. It's within an easy and mostly flat walk to the stores and restaurants of Sorrento. The rooms were comfortable but tight and the bathroom was a decent size for Italy. The glass partition in the tub, which was supposed to prevent water from going out onto the floor, had a loose-fitting seal at the bottom so the water ran down the glass and onto the floor when you took a shower. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet, which is included, had a very large selection of delicious items. It also had a pool area and restaurant for lunch with outdoor seating. None of them were crowded during our visit last week."

"This property is amazing. Every staff member is phenomenal. From the young man who helped with our luggage to the gentleman at check in. He is extremely professional and helpful. He booked us an excursion that we are looking very forward to. The employees in the breakfast room are so sweet and polite. The young girl cleaning our room left it sparkling. The cleanliness of this hotel is next level. The location is perfect. I would give this a 12/10!! We are very much enjoying our stay."

"Only stayed one night but excellently located near the centre of Sorrento but tucked away just off the main square so quiet. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It has a roof top bar with a small pool which was perfect to catch the afternoon sun. Breakfast was included and was excellent, good selection of local foods. We would stay again."
