Great location - within walking distance to lift access to the marina as well as shopping and restaurants. Staff is amazing and professional. The hotel is unique and the rooms are well appointed. We will stay here again when we return to Sorrento!

This hotel was a big treat for us! So beautiful and the best location! So close to the cliffs, sunsets, shops, walk to Tasso square, so many restaurants! .. Best Espresso Martini in Sorrento - go to Blu Water and see handsome Danilo at the bar!

The room was spacious and had many extra amenities like coffe and tea in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The only quibble I had was that the hotel did not have enough money on hand to change a larger Euro bill for me. The service was generally excellent.

The Palazzo is located close to the town square and to the docks to catch a ferry to the other islands. Plenty of shops and cafes. The staff was outstanding! Kind and very helpful. Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. It was everything you'd expect in a suite and more. 2 bathrooms was ideal for 2 women travellers! The views breathtaking especially at sunset.

Most beautiful hotel in Sorrento

This stay was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy. From the moment we checked in everything was AMAZING. The staff was so helpful and beyond EXCELLENT. We got engaged down the road on our first night and had the most amazing time enjoying champagne on their beautiful covered patio. Definitely recommend this beautiful place!

Luxurious experience

Wonderful stay! Beds were comfortable, room was spacious. The bathroom area felt like a spa. Rooms were quiet. Staff was very helpful. The common areas are relaxing and well appointed. Loved the glass panels in the floor showing the Roman ruins below. We did not get to have breakfast as we checked out very early to catch a train to Pompei at opening time. The hotel was in a great location. We would happily stay here again.

Very unique property. We had a tiny room. It had a window with no blackout curtains. I need it dark to sleep at night. No fitness room. A very limited breakfast. It was a nice property, but lacked amenities.
