"The stay from start to finish was HORRIBLE. The room lacked proper necessities for example toiletries which then took an hour dor room service to replace. We we're locked out of our room due to a lock malfunction. The room was dirty, the hallways dirty and smelled of fried foods. Constant nosie from neighboring rooms, screaming, yelling, and kids running up and down the hallway that lasted till after 1am. I notified the front desk about the noise and they were going to send security to handle it but nobody ever came. We left after 1 night even though we had a reservation for longer. NEVER AGAIN!"

"After Hotels .com messed up changing my reservation, and in turn cancelling it, although still providing a confirmation number and booking id; the Hotel staff helped me out greatly by not charging me extra to book a new room for the nights I needed. All staff ai had an experience with were friendly and as helpful as could be."

"This hotel needs to be updated real bad. Couldn’t even use the jetted tub because the drain was slow which led to showering in a puddle of your own dirt. Visible furniture peeling, cracked leather on the couches. They provide a dustpan in the room but you have to ask for a broom. "
