"This hotel is located inside a building with other tenants. Entrance requires a code to the building. The ad in Expedia represented a 24 hour airport shuttle - there is no such shuttle. The hotel arranges for an airport transfer at a hefty fee. Breakfast begins at 7. I was leaving at 630 when the food was already laid out and I asked if I could grab some morning pastries and was told no. The rooms are big and clean and decorated in a very simple and simple manner - no couch or chair."

"Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again. "
