Nice VRBO stay
Well appointed apartment. Clean and tidy. All necessities present. Walkable to the Sea and markets, restaurants. Superb Host! Answer all inquiries promotly and pleasantly! Have booked the same place again for next year.

Great apartment with everything you need
We stayed for a week in February so very quiet but absolutely lovely. Apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance and also fabulous clean sandy beach. Would definitely like to return

Quiet and comfortable apartment.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in Dec. Very quiet due to Xmas season. Apartment is very comfortable and equipped with pretty much everything you need. Good location and very close to sea side. Had a great time - thanks.

Great little appartement
We are a family of 4 with two kids aged 10 and spent a fantastic 10 days here end of August. The apartment is clean and cosy with good comfortable firm beds. Great pool, which you can see from the balcony, for both kids and adults. Pool was quiet (end of August) and so was the neighbourhood. The apartment had everything you could possible need, from all mod cons to assorted handy household items like washing up liquid, toilet paper, toys, books, various toiletries, (beach) towels and a closet full of beach equipment. Extremely useful! Apartment is small but great value for money. We had a fantastic 10 days at the tail end of summer.

Relaxing
Apartment is lovely very clean and has everything you need . Kitchen has modern built oven and ceramic hob good size fridge with freezer Utility room with washing machine Modern bathroom with over bath shower which is really good. Bedrooms have ample storage The area and surroundings are lovely with well kept gardens and big pool. We have enjoyed 5 amazing weeks here so much so we intend to return next year. Highly recommend this apartment You wont be dissapointed

Excellent facilities,nice welcoming gift and well stocked with goodies

have been going to mil palmeras for 11 years lovely area, apartment good everything needed was there, only one concern no fire alarm and as bars up windows for security purposes an early warning of any fire is upmost.

Fantastic apartment in great surroundings!
The apartment is on a beautifully maintained private complex overlooking the pool. A car is a must if you're wanting to explore the surrounding areas - particularly, Pilar and Torre de la Horadada, San Pedro Del Pinatar, the old town of Torrevieja, Cartgena, to name just a few. The beach at Mil Palmeras is a comfortable stroll away with bars and restaurants dotted along the front. There is also a VERY well stocked supermarket near the main square. The apartment is a good size with a fully glazed terrace ideal for dining. There are MANY home comforts provided, from chairs for the beach to sports equipment and a huge selection of DVDs! A fantastic holiday - we can't wait to return. (A MUST is a visit to El Gallego Bar & Grill in Pilar de la Horadada - the steaks are AMAZING!)

Well appointed home from home
Our first time self catering and we were not disappointed. Very well maintained flat with all mod cons. All sorts of unexpected extras at the flat, from loads of DVDs, maps and children's toys to beach chairs! Very good location, near to main roads, airport,shops and restaurants but in a in a stylish and quiet position. Just mind the neighbours cat doesn't sneak into the sun room at I think he likes the flat too!

The apartment is just like the pictures nice clean, big two bedrooms everything you need is in the apartment. even tennis equipment. The beach is a 12 minuet stroll away beautiful beaches a further 15 min stroll is Torre de la Horadada with a beautiful Harbour, even tho it was Christmas and out of season it was nice and relaxing. The Olympia bar do lovely meals including steaks ( Dusty) is excellent bar man. Would love to go back to apartment again and recommend how safe the area is and friendly.

Wir sind zufrieden
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles ist vorhanden Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher auch Toilettenpapier, sodass man auch mit dem Flugzeug kommen kann ohne viel mit zu schleppen. Man sollte sich aber darauf einstellen, dass es Abends noch länger etwas lauter ist, da es hellhörig ist. Am Tag der Abreise haben wir beim Packen Silberfischchen gefunden, das ist das einzige das noch verbessert werden könnte.

Überwintern in Spanien
Die Übernahme der Wohnung war unkompliziert Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt und wir fanden uns gleich gut zurecht. Es gab eine umfangreiche Beschreibung mit einigen Bedienungsanleitungen für de technischen Geräte. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten ist je nach Anspruch unterschiedlich zu bewerten, für uns war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Küchenliebhaber werden wohl sowieso das Eine oder Andere selbst dabei haben. Das absolute Highlight ist der verglaste Balkon, der schon von der Morgensonne aufgewärmt wird und bis in die späten Abendstunden eine angenehme Temperatur behält. Wir haben den Esstisch aus der Wohnung dort aufgestellt und konnten uns dort auch mit Gästen den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Für sehr kühle Tage sind jedoch auch flexibel aufstellbare Elektroheizungen vorhanden. Kontakt zum Vermieter war ohne Probleme möglich. Kleinere Schwierigkeiten konnten sofort ausgeräumt werden. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage, so dass das Unterstellen von 2 E-Bikes nicht ganz einfach, aber etwas Fitness vorausgesetzt, möglich ist. wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Niet ok,ongedierte kroop op muren en in bed. Alles wat je aanraakte was vettig en vuil. Geen posten op tv enkel Spaans.. heb foto's en filmpjes van ongedierte en van lekkende airco die bovenaan vol zat met vies vuil stof!!!

I do not agree with the review left by Veronique Laureys. During her weekly stay the person did not mention anything about the apartment cleanness quality. She knew that she needs to leave fee for cleaning and she did not. I chased her for a money and after two weeks she left that review. She did not contact with me directly describing problems or anything. She left that review intentionally to avoid paying fee for cleaning. Peter

Wir waren im Mai und Juni 2021 in dem Appartement und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Supermarkt und Restaurant sind im Ort und mit dem Fahrrad, dem Bus oder dem Auto kommt man in der Umgebung überall hin. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Anlage. Der Pool ist super, wenn es qm Strand zu windig ist. Zum Strand sind es 15 min zu Fuß und der Strand gehört zu einem der schönsten in dieser Gegend! Die Wohnung hat alles für einen längeren Aufenthalt und bietet für Kinder und Erwachsene genug Platz. Es war sehr schön hier und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

I am glad you liked the apartment, and I am sorry to hear that you found the distance to the beach quite far, however, the information about the fact that the beach is 15/20 minutes walk (depending on your pace) from the apartment is in the description on the website.

Genau das was wir gesucht haben, ruhig und gute Lage, nahe am Strand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit gut zum Entspannen. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden und sauber. Matratzen fest aber sehr gut, nicht durchgelegen. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Fin lägenhet på mysigt ställe
Välskött lägenhet med pool på området. Cirka en kvart till havet och resturang-området. Enda minus med området är att det är cirka en kvart till/från närmsta mataffär. Ett tips är att ta med riktiga kassar hemifrån att bära i, lättare/behagligare än plastpåsarna. Finns en bra bok i lägenheten med information och tips om t ex taxibolag, restauranger osv. Information som saknas är vart poolnyckeln finns. Tyvärr hängde vi upp våra jackor över nyckeln så den hittade vi inte förrän dagen efter då Ela berättade var den fanns. Fin strand men ganska dyra solstolar att hyra. Finns ingen kaffekokare. Toppen lägenhet och fint område. Jättebra värd! Hoppas kunna komma tillbaka någon gång

L appartement se trouve dans une résidence avec piscine et est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. L appartement dispose de tous, jeux de société, tv, DVD , livres, parasol ballon,.... Il ne manque rien ! Nous avons bien été reçu , une bouteille de vin nous attendait. La propriétaire est à l écoute L endroit est plaisant pour de bonnes vacances. Je recommande vivement! A bientôt
