"My husband is an avid kayak fisherman. He was able to launch right at the culdesac where the house is located. The fishing was amazing! He may never fresh water fish again. We all really appreciated the fact that the house is at the end of York Rd. Very little traffic. My sister and I loved the view from the back deck. The dolphin and manatee visit daily. "We enjoyed docking our boat right behind the house and being centrally located to take day trips all around the island. Our favorite destinations were Sanibel and Cayo Costa. Pine island has great farms to explore as well, and we left with delicious mangoes. We are not big on fishing but we saw fish being caught everywhere we went, so this is truly a fisherman’s paradise as well. "
