"Villa was huge and set on lovely grounds in a good location, if you drive. Rooms were all clean. Bbq area was great. Facilities were dated, plug sockets and kitchen equipment could be modernised. Private Pool area was lovely, but it was not cleaned by staff once while we were there for 5 days and by the end it was green on the steps and the edges with the same little bugs floating around for 3 days. That aside, I would stay there again but request the pool be cleaned more regularly."

"The apartment was beautiful and clean. The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing. The only thing that would have made it exceptional, especially for long stays, 28 days or more, would be to have a bigger fridge and more storage space. "

"I went for a few days of rest before heading home from hosting a retreat and the Tivoli was the perfect choice. I was able to relax by the pool, hike to a beautiful sunset, and relax in my robe and order room service. It was exactly what I needed!"

"The breakfast staff was a bit too strict, almost, discourteous and tried to push people out exactly at the end of the breakfast hour. I’ve never experienced that before. Not a very pleasant experience! One lady with three little children was not allowed to enter because she was a couple of minutes late."

"This is a very nice property with nice rooms and nice views. Having stayed in some exceptional properties on our trip to Portugal, we were happy with this stay. The location is off the beaten path a bit, but there is a shuttle available. We were happy with our stay here but might try somewhere else if we return"

It is located on a busy touristic strip, but once you cross the iron gates, you are cut of from the rest of the world and transported into absolute luxury. Simply perfect. "
